ピピ島＆メイトン島1日ツアー（豪華ヨット付き）

I nearly got seriously injured/killed. At Maiton bay where the yacht docked, I I was climbing up the ladder from the sea when the staff threw a kayak into the sea narrowly hitting me. Oh gosh this is seriously unacceptable, a human life was nearly lossed. Tour company please do something about your conscience, if this happen to your loved one, you can accept or not?

Booked this with Viator. Pick up was included in a mini van. When booking it said it included champagne- which it did not. Just a bottle of very cheap sparkling wine which was not very nice. It does include a buffet lunch which was ok and a photographer. You need to register at their office, which was pretty dirty with some toilets but not very clean or soap etc. Since you are outside, lots of people smoking, which is a common theme throughout the day. You then walk about 5 mins on a busy road to get to the boat terminal and you then get bussed to your boat. A guide was with us the whole time who also was on the boat for the group. The boat we got certainly was not luxurious but adequate. All the beaches were completely overrun with people and the beach from the film "The Beach" was busy and you couldn't get into the water due to shark conservation. The longboat ride was crammed. Food- was basic but ok and there was enough choice. Got some fruits as well as soda and water and the disgusting wine was not free-flowing as promised!!! Snorkelling was ok and they have a glass bottom kayak but with a single sided paddle that was really hard to row. So why 3 stars- well the staff were hardworking but there was lots of smoking on the boat including from staff which was not very good and then they threw all the used cigarettes back into the water. Pretty disgusting. So while we enjoyed the scenery, what was promised was not delivered and we had to pay a premium to go on this tour. Shame since they did some very good things like good communication by whatsapp, transport from hotel, photographer on board but sadly the bad outweighs the good.

Do not book this excursion!!! Awful experience for our last day in Thailand. Beautiful day but told “for weather” we couldn’t do any of the islands on the itinerary, and only picked this excursion for phi phi. Complete bait and switch! Did not see phi phi. Trapped us in a cove for over 3 hours where you couldn’t swim or snorkel due to so many jellyfish (many very dangerous). We asked to go back to the pier and were denied. We felt hostage for over 9 hours on this boat. Boat doesn’t look anything like picture. Dirty and run down. Staff takes up a good portion of the seating. Do not book this excursion. I am fighting with Viator now to get a full refund as only 1/2 was offered. Some staff were nice and helpful but learned this is not the first time they’ve claimed we couldn’t go to phi phi.

This experience was so much fun, saw everything I wanted and more. Lovely staff and great service, highly recommend!

The boat ride to Phi Phi was a bit long at first, but once we arrived, everything was smooth and fun. Staff gave us time to enjoy each stop. Visibility for snorkeling at Phi Phi wasn’t great due to recent rain, but Maiton Island was perfect — clear water and the kids loved it!

We really appreciated Nick, the onboard photographer, for taking such good care of us. He was so helpful and even coached us on how to pose to get the best shots — the photos came out amazing! Also a big thank you to our guide Meena, who was kind and attentive throughout the trip. The only thing is that the travel time was a bit long, so we felt quite tired on the way back.

Peaceful trip after the Chinese holiday rush We really enjoyed this tour — the boat wasn’t crowded at all, with only a small group onboard. It felt calm and relaxing the whole day. Maybe it’s because we went after Chinese National Day, so there weren’t many Chinese tourists like during the Golden Week. On October 5th, we did another tour to Racha Island, and the boat was packed, mostly with Chinese groups. This time was totally different — much quieter, and honestly, way more enjoyable. Glad we chose this date!

As a vegan, I was initially quite concerned about the food options on the tour. However, after discussing my dietary needs with the staff, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure I had delicious and suitable meals throughout the day. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel well cared for.

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Thailand! The yacht was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having fun and felt safe. Snorkeling in crystal-clear waters, sliding into the sea from the yacht, and relaxing on deck with stunning views made it a perfect day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

A Beautiful Day at Phi Phi – Even Without Maya Bay I've visited Phi Phi Island a few times now, and honestly, it never gets old. The beaches, the water, the whole vibe — it's always stunning. This time, Maya Bay was closed, which was a little disappointing because it's such an iconic spot. But to my surprise, Monkey Beach was absolutely lovely. I'd never been before, and it turned out to be one of the highlights. It was peaceful, the water was crystal clear, and the monkeys were fun to watch (from a distance!). I was traveling alone, but I didn't feel alone at all. The photographer on the boat was excellent — super friendly and took beautiful shots throughout the day. It meant I could just relax and enjoy the experience without worrying about taking selfies or asking strangers. Loved it!
