I booked private Dubai city tour from Ras Al Khaimah. Our guide is Mr. Umair is very professional and knowledgeable. He picked up timely and on the way all time he told us lot of history of UAE .Many places to visit and all places explain very well me and my family really enjoyed. We’ve experienced everything from wild camels on “camel road” to Museum of the Future, old Dubai, Dubai Mall, Barj Khalifa, dancing fountains, The Palm and Dubai Marina. An unforgettable day! Our driver was amazing, fun, kind, knowledgable, accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The trip was fantastic, we only landed at 4am the previous morning so we were tired by 4pm. The driver was very respectful of this and suggested napping in the vehicle while he drove us back to the hotel. Wonderful trip, highly recommend.

Our driver Aqsem was absolutely brilliant so informative and insured our day was planned as we required. Really nice guy chatting as though we’d been friends for ages.

+: That's the advantage of having a great guide as Ghulam ali and of booking a private tour: you can customize it. Indeed we really wanted to go at the top of the Burj Khalifa and we were able to do so and spend 2 hours of there. Ghulam ali gave us time to have lunch after at the food court/corner and I even bought an ice cream on our walk in the shopping mall to the fontain and the waterfalls. You can leave your personal belongings in the car. -: Take some bottles of water with you. It's not easy to take pictures at the Burj Al Arab and at the Atlantis

Our driver Ghulam Ali picked us up from the hotel on time and showed us many beautiful corners in and around Dubai as well as some insider tips. He responded to our wishes and kept our children happy. We were so excited that we did another tour with him 3 days later. Thanks for everything

We had a log layover in Dubai and booked this day tour! Great value for the money, the driver was avaliable and knowledgeable about the city and culture 👌

This is my first time in Dubai. I wanted an excursion where I could see the main sights. I booked this tour and did not receive any communication or information about when I was going to be collected. They just sent tickets no driver information or contact details. I tried to use the online chat no one responded! I felt rushed at the main points. Does not include ample shopping time. Everywhere in the mall was busy and this being the last place was the best where I would have wanted more time. There were queues and only given an hour. This tour is highly expensive for one adult and child. Car was so high there was no step to use to get in and out. It was not a good experience and didn’t understand the driver much. He was not a tour guide just a driver. Very very disappointed. Driver only gave 30 minutes at points because of parking I think. Then said I can have more time but if I wanted to spend more time there was no way I could let him know. The old Dubai was not worth it or the souks as men come up asking you to buy this and that. Expect more as a tourist in Dubai. Did not enjoy at all.

We are here on our honeymoon and have booked three excursions. Desert tour with BBQ, private Abu Dhabi tour and this tour. The other two tours were great, but this tour was not great at all. It started with the driver trying to contact us from 11:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. to find out which hotel we were in. It was on the voucher. When he picked us up he asked us what we wanted to see. He had no idea what we had booked. He had no sense of how long we could stay at a certain point, we had to work everything out ourselves. You had the feeling it was his first time in Dubai. He also told us in his very, very bad English that he doesn't usually do these tours and that no guide is just a driver. We hadn't booked that. We booked a private tour with a driver/tour guide for 280. We expect our money back from Viator. The tour was unfortunately very, very disappointing. We saw all the places we wanted to see, but only because we had done some research beforehand to find out what was worth seeing in Dubai. We had no explanations about any of the sights. We could hardly communicate. It's a real shame if you're only in this city for one day.
