Tour was excellent. Our guide, Clemencia, went out of her way to provide a wonderful experience for us. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She really went out of her way to make the day so very enjoyable.

We walked the city ourselves the day before the tour, and SAW some of the same sights, but through the tour we began to UNDERSTAND the city; the history, neighborhoods, and potential. Understand this is a true walking tour.

Our beautiful & fun guide, Clemencia took us on a walk around Recoleta. We had empanadas at Juanito’s, an amazing wine tasting at the Hyatt; desserts and coffee at several places (we were tired from 12 hours of travel). She loves her city & it really shows. I highly recommend this company!

This was our first trip to Buenos Aires and Clemencia showed us the "best of the best" of this beautiful city. She shared the history, rich traditions and details that make this city the "jewel of South America!" I highly recommend this tour, especially if you want a private tour customized to your interests and family and to feel like a local for the day! Our tour guide seemed to know everyone in the city and we even got to meet and get a picture with the former president of Argentina. This was truly a day we will always remember!

Soledad, was the tour guide on this walking tour around the city. She gave out great information and hidden facts. She allowed me the experience of catching the bus like a local and we ate lunch at restaurants that she selected because she knew of my dietary limits. Sol, is a talkative person and curious about those around her or within her guided care. She's great if you want selections to other attractions within the city. Ask about what cities will be covered on the 6 hour trip or do a customization tour to include the areas you want to see.
Clemencia was so knowledgeable and flexible; from accommodating where I wanted to have lunch and what was important for me to see to allowing my feet a rest when I needed it! I felt like a real insider as we toured various structures and venues, Her delightful personality made the 6 hours fly by and I found myself falling in love with Buenos Aires through her educated eyes - I hope to be back and tour with her again!
I lucked out and got the same great guide - Carlos - for two days of walking tours. He and the company - BA Walking Tours - are absolutely the best. I joked with him that it's like drinking in 100's of years of history out of a fire hose, but in the nicest possible, most interesting way. If you really want to get to know Buenos Aires and its amazing, unique story (and trust me you do), this is the tour and tour company you want.
I have been on many walking tours, ranging from free to paid to private, in probably 30+ cities around the world. The tours that I have taken with BA Walking Tours (that's right, I've done it multiple times) have been among the best that I have ever experienced. I have walked with both Carlos and Soledad, and their professionalism, deep knowledge of history, architecture and a global context are simply fantastic. Many people say "I would take that tour again". Well, I have. Three times.
