Anna was an amazing guide and took us to wonderful places. Anna also gave us extra time to account for the traffic we encountered because it was the weekend. She accompanied me through my first Onsen experience. She was upfront about costs for entries and lunch. She also waited in the morning due to transportation issues (still figuring out the system here). There was a perfect mix of sightseeing, history, shopping, food and relaxation. I highly recommend Anna and the one day Mount Fuji Tour!

The trip would not have been great had it not been for our tour guide Allan. It was rainy and cloudy with no hopes of seeing Mount Fuji, but our guide kept us motivated. He communicated well and took care of the entire bus filled with passengers like we were his family. He checked in on us along the way, and gave great advice and recommendations. His energy and enthusiasm is top notch. It shows that he enjoys doing his job. We ended up seeing the mountain at the last minute and it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. Please give Allan a raise!! Fuji-sun!!!

My bestfriend, her sister and I had the pleasure of going in this cruise while vacationing in Japan on August 15th 2026. We had an amazing time mostly thanks to our fantastic guide Allan who did such a great job with everything he was so energetic, positive, informative, helpful and just made what was an already great experience even more memorable, he definitely deserve a raise 😀 to top it off we got to see mount Fuji which was just the cherry on top of an already amazing funfilled day.

Amazing day. Erik Elhamalawy was funny informative and kept to the schedule. He made the tour a great day. Andrew was also very good and lively. Will definitely look for Erik next time I book a tour in Tokyo.

Truly the worst organized tour ever experienced. While this company offered a wonderful tour in Kyoto, this time we have the impression that the company only wants to transport its visitors to stores and restaurants to make money. The interesting points are those where we spend the least time like the lake, the rest... if we decide not to go to the restaurant the only option is to stay in front of the store on a bench in the parking lot: nothing to visit around. The information given on the bus is inaudible and you have to guess the meeting points. I strongly advise against this tourist trap: a wasted day.

Loved the information from my guide Peter. His food and event reconnections (such as the ice cream shop and shrine exploration) made the experience one to remember, despite the cloudy weather.

Amazing! Erina was very engaging, sweet, and informative. I recommend doing this tour but it is not handicap friendly so please keep that in mind.

We booked this Mt. Fuji tour through Viator, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. One positive was that the meeting point information was clear and easy to find, which made the start of the tour stress-free. However, the tour guide spoke approximately 95% of the time in Chinese. Since we do not understand Chinese, we felt excluded for most of the tour and learned very little about the places we visited. We expected a tour that would provide information and insights in a language we could understand, but that was not our experience. Another issue was the information provided about payment methods in the village we visited. The guide told the group that vendors only accepted cash and did not take credit cards. This was not true. Many vendors accepted cards. Because of this misinformation, we exchanged money at extremely poor exchange rates—worse than what we saw at the airport—which ended up costing us unnecessarily. Overall, we would not recommend this tour company. If you’re looking for a Mt. Fuji tour where you can fully understand the guide and receive accurate information, I would suggest booking with a different operator.

1. The meeting place was chaotic, 2. The tour guide is incompetent, 3. The order of tghe tours was changed without informing the customers, 4. The lunch site was chaotic and dirty, 5. I was deserted at the Arakurayama Segen Park and the bus lefy without me, and 6. I lost my belongings that left in the bus.

This was a full day tour with suggested 11 hour tour and estimated return arrival time in Tokyo at 7 PM. On the drive home, the bus driver chosen by Hotel Takitei, the tour operator, stopped several times claiming he was unfit or unsafe to continue to drive back to Tokyo. We finally pulled into a rest stop and waited over one hour for a new bus driver and bus to drive to our location and take us back to Tokyo. We arrived about 2.5 hours late into Tokyo, and I requested a partial and reasonable refund for this poor choice of bus driver by the tour operator, and no refund was approved. Beware of this trip as you could waste many hours waiting for a safe bus driver. Otherwise, Jack did give us a wonderful tour with some great cultural and scenic areas around Mount Fuji.
