Mr. Pae was awesome. As the driver he was very communicative and personable. I had several delays due to the airline and they adapted to the changes. Mr. Pae was timely and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Our flight was 45 minutes late. We were in contact with our driver upon landing and he was there at arrivals with our name on a placard. Courteous and efficient service to our hotel in Seoul. Viator was very diligent with text reminders from booking through to pickup. Highly recommend their shuttle service if flying to Korea.
