The family had a great time cruising along the river and trekking through jungle. We saw many animals and had a great experience visiting with the Yagua tribe. The food at the river lodge was simple but delicious. Our guide, Aldo, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We even saw a pod of dolphins on our way back to port. Lastly, the weather was perfect. Altogether, we had a great time.

It was very two-way. The English guide Segundo was fantastic, while some other organisational things were disastrous. It started when we got picked up almost an hour early at the hotel, and when we got to the harbor the boat wasn’t even there yet. Rum tasting was a joke, they just wanted to sell rum. Overall, we are still satisfied, we have had great memories.

Visiting the Amazon was one of the best experiences of my life. From the first moment, the tour guide gave us an incredible tour, full of information and fascinating anecdotes about the jungle. I loved having direct contact with nature, breathing fresh air and listening to the sounds of the jungle in all its splendor. During the tour, I was able to see a great variety of Amazonian plants and animals, from imposing centuries-old trees to exotic birds, playful monkeys and even a pink dolphin in the river. Definitely an adventure that I would recommend to anyone who wants to connect with nature and discover the magic of the jungle. I hope to return soon!
