The logistics for this day trip were terrible. Pick-up, originally scheduled at 9.30am for max of 15 participants, was changed to 8am. Then we spent 2 and half hours touring the concrete jungle of Alanya picking up another 28 participants before heading to the mountains. Tazi Canyon, the mountains, Selge and Dallas Rafting Company were brilliant. However there was the torturous trip in reverse. This turned out to be even longer because the bus broke down and we returned to our hotel at 7.15pm. An 11 hour day trip
Thank you for your review. First of all, Pick up time for all of our guests is different, because it’s impossible to pick up everyone at the same time. In some areas pick up time 8:00, in other, 9:30. We also warned you before the tour that road from your hotel to first location will last approximately 2:30 hours because your hotel is in 120km from Tazi Canyon. Unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about it, because your hotel is far from Tazi Canyon and it’s impossibl to pick up everyone at the same time. We also can’t pick up all customers with individual transfer, because everyday we have more than 500 guests. I understand that you didn’t like that you’ve been picked up with transfer and had to wait for others, but we it’s the only way. We cannot pick up all 500 customers with 500 individual cars.
