We’re so happy to hear that both the kids and adults enjoyed the experience—that’s always the most important part for us! We just wanted to kindly clarify that the change regarding Nauyaca was not specifically due to the additional elderly couple, as they were completely willing to stay in Dominical or another comfortable spot. In fact, we didn’t make the decision for the group; instead, we offered the option with no pressure at all, and everyone chose the more active alternative with more adventure, jumps, and fun at the waterfalls—and we’re really glad to hear how much you all enjoyed it! Additionally, the upper part of Nauyaca is currently closed, which also limits the experience in that area. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your understanding and your trust. It truly means everything to us to know that your family created special memories together—that’s exactly why we do what we do. We hope to welcome you again and share many more beautiful moments together.
