Ricardo guided us through fascinating landscapes mixing fjords, snow-capped mountains, glaciers, volcanoes, deep valleys, great lakes. An unforgettable trip that I recommend to all lovers of nature and the great outdoors. Ricardo's reassuring presence and flawless organization have allowed us to take full advantage of this extraordinary ecosystem.
Always worth the time but hopefully you have good weather to enjoy the views. Amazing park, great hikes, and lots to see from glaciers to waterfalls to amazing views.
We saw so much in one day! Our guide Charly and driver Ricardo were great. Charly shared about the local wildlife and geology. He also helped us find things to do on our own the next day. We drove, hiked, and stopped at several lookout points for pictures. We saw a puma, flamingos, guanacos, and condors. The restaurant stop was perfect for our family. Everyone had a great time!
Lots of communication and excellent care in the services provided. Detailed tours with itineraries.
We've been to the park four times, and I can say there would be four more, or maybe even more. There is a lot to do, but it is worth planning in advance and choosing well so as not to waste time. There are many variables, and the biggest of all is the climate: it can start a rainy day and then open the sun, or vice versa. The best weather forecast in Patagonia is: any weather at any time. It'll depend on luck. But planning is necessary, if you get to the base of the towers trail after 10:00 in the morning you can no longer start, because it will be closed. Each trail has its necessary time, all well explained on the map of the park. Also take into account the distance to arrive, if you are in Puerto Natales will be an hour by the route of the nursery Serrano or an hour and forty by the lagoon Amarga.
I can only leave positive experiences, 100% recommended!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!! They helped me and guided me to make everything go perfectly! They answered all my doubts!
I was somewhat disappointed about my private trip. First, there is a lack of communication; only until two days before my trip I received the schedule for the excursion. Second, my guide was over half an hour late picking me up. The guide's excuse was the tour operator send him the wrong address. I was quite shocked as I always provided the name and the full street address of the hotel to the tour operator the entire time. Lastly, I felt the tour guide was a bit rushed; we only stopped at several viewpoints inside the park and nothing more.
We enjoyed our tour with Francisco very much. Highly recommend spending a bit extra for a private tour. We were able to avoid the crowds and see areas we would have never found on our own. Francisco knows the park very well and is passionate about all things Chile.
The park offers a beautiful experience in landscapes and the base towers is very nice, however I consider that many international protocols are lacking to ensure the safety of people who visit them. 1. In winter time there is no ranger looking after or assisting people 2. They don't operate bathrooms during the winter, if for a man it's not easy, I can't imagine for women. 3. Today's road featured many falling rocks and no terrain signage 4. It is an international protocol to use case to carry out the activities. The entrance fee to the park is $30 which is not reflected in the security of the people
We made the van ride that stopped at various points of the park. The place is amazing, nature is amazing and charming. Unforgettable walk!
