Extremely horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m writing this to warn others if they are booking from Fathom Five, because we didn’t even get the chance to go scuba diving. We booked for Monday morning, they called and told us they’re not free all day Monday, so we booked for Tuesday morning, and when we rescheduled Sunday they confirmed that they are free Tuesday morning. Monday morning comes, and suddenly they’re not even free Tuesday morning. This isn’t the only event planned for our trip, so the last minute changes are absolutely disappointing and disgusting. Never contacting this group ever again.

We did a two-tank DSD and had an absolute blast — hands down one of the best dive experiences we’ve had! My partner had never dove before and I’m an instructor, so our expectations were high, and Fathom Five blew them out of the water. From the moment we walked in, it was a true five-star experience. Carlea was amazing — super knowledgeable, incredibly welcoming, and made the entire signup process effortless. She answered every question and got my partner genuinely excited (and confident!) about taking her first breaths underwater. Our DSD instructor, Alyssa, was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve worked with many instructors over the years, and her briefing and instruction were top-tier. She made the DSD fun, approachable, and above all, extremely safe. If you’re considering a Discover Scuba Dive, this is the place to do it. Huge shout-out to the entire Fathom Five crew — truly spectacular and highly recommended!

Had an amazing solo birthday trip to Kauai. So HAPPY I got to immerse myself in Kauai and under the sea with my fellow fish friends. I am also grateful that I was paired with an amazing PADI instructor (REID). He was knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He attended to our needs and his instructions for the skills were thorough and had build my confidence to submerge under the ocean without worries. I felt safe and secured with him as my instructor. I was able to see turtles, eels, octopus, and cool fishes. Most importantly, this experience made me want to scuba dive more. It’s truly a remarkable and life changing experience. Made me appreciate the ocean life and its beauty. Thank you Fantom Five for a FABULOUS TIME!

My friends and I had an incredible time with Reid from Fathom Five Divers. I'm an experienced diver, but it was my friends first time diving, and I couldn't have been more impressed with Reid. The instructions were clear, safety was top notch, and the dive itself was incredible - over nine turtles and a ton of fish. If you've never done scuba before, this will get you hooked. It was so much fun.

My two teenagers had an awesome time discovering SCUBA with Devin! They got to see many kinds of beautiful fish, eels, and turtles, and even heard whale song.

Our dive was AMAZING! I was super nervous to go at first, but Devin was so nice and made me feel super comfortable and safe. She was very knowledgeable about diving as well as the marine life we saw throughout our dive. Definitely the highlight of our trip! Thank you so much!!

Lots of fun! We went diving for a company retreat. Everyone had a good time and the staff were great. The sea life is amazing!

Great instruction from Devon, very patient and informative . Lots of wildlife and great location. Would recommend again.

The guide/instructor Devon absolutely knew what she was doing, and she was so wonderful. It was one of the most incredible things I have ever done win my life!!!

Highly recommend. Two tank shore dive, Devon and Reed were excellent dive masters for out group. Professional instruction, helpful suggestions and a great experience.
