This was one of the best tours I’ve been on. Robert felt more like a friend than a tour guide and was full of information on pretty much everything! We were picked up at our AirBnb and from there went to Halong Bay. Robert kept us informed of the day’s activities and was a great conversationalist. The driver and staff on the boat: Captain; Mr. Phai, Chef; Ms.Hang and Waiter; Mr.Hai, were all so kind. The tour was incredible. We visited where they make pearls and learned about the process, then on to the boat where we embarked on a journey though the bay, seeing the limestone islands up close, stopping to explore a cave and then visiting some locals who took us on a fishing boat through emerald green lagoons. We were served a delicious lunch on the boat (the fish was AMAZING). Robert was so kind and helpful from both the minute we booked to the end of our trip to Vietnam, recommending other places to explore as well as his favorite restaurants and what we should try, as well as any other Vietnam-related questions. Based on this tour, I would recommend any of the Love Vietnam Travel experiences! Thank you so much, Robert, for this incredible day!

Private trip, Halong Bay
The whole trip was excellent, from been picked up to been dropped off we were well looked after. Robert was brilliant, he told us so much about the area and made sure everything was perfect. We had a private boat and I would highly recommend this as for the extra money we were taken to quiet places away from all the other large boats so this made it a special day. The lunch was amazing, so many dishes and high quality Overall we world highly recommended this trip, especially the private option and thanks to Robert for his great work

Amazing day with Robert and the boat crew!
Robert was an amazing guide and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! We went on a Saturday morning and it was a seamless trip. The lunch on board was delicious (fresh vegetables, chicken springrolls, and grilled oysters were just some of the tasty options)! If I could change anything about it, I would have spent longer on the boat because it was so peaceful and enjoyable.

Great private trip with Robert
Amazing trip with Robert, he was very informative and gave us lots of information on the history and culture of the area. Would highly recommend this trip to see Ha Long Bay at its best! We had the entire boat for just our party. Food was also delicious.

Robert is the best
Robert had given us a memorable time in halong Bay. I would say choosing private tour is the best option, since it gave us peaceful moment and saw the best of nature.

Spectacular Ha Long Bay visit
Our trip to Ha Long Bay was incredible. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to Ha Long Bay stopping along the way at an Oyster farm where they showed you how to make a pearl! At the Marina we boarded a beautiful boat with carved wooden ceiling and handrails. We cruised around the bay while our guide pointed out all the significant islands. We then had the most delicious lunch on the boat of prawns, shrimp, oysters and sea bass with a salad and vegetables. After lunch we went kayaking to 2 beautiful lagoons before heading back to the boat and were driven back to our hotel. The weather was beautiful, our guide Robert was wonderful and the scenery spectacular. Such a wonderful day.

Ha Long Bay Family Experience
Absolutely incredible. Robert is 100% the best guide that I’ve had. Good service amazing food made fresh and great atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone. Traveling with a 22 year old daughter and 20 year old son. Many times said best experience they have ever had. If you ever have a day in Hanoi would more than recommend the private tour.

Awesome experience probably not the smartest thing to do on the 2nd day visiting the country because I’m sure it’s going to make everything else seem lame! Robert our guide along with the crew were very nice and kind! Food was amazing!
