The pick up was on time. The guide (Carmen, if I remember right) was fun. She tried to share as much information as possible.

We had a great time with Monica and Alejandro. Both Setenil de las Botegas and Ronda are absolutely beautiful to see and worthwile to spend time in. Our guide showed us the most important places in Ronda during the guided tour, and provided suggestions where to go next during the free time period. There were a couple of things that in my opinion should be worked on: 1) Meeting and pickup - two separate groups (Ronda and Gibraltar excursion) are expected to gather at the same place and time. This lead to some confusion and we spent too much time actually getting into the bus 2) I think the stay in Setenil de las Bodegas is too short. We were encouraged to explore the small town or eat breakfast on our own, but the entire experience felt rushed with the given timeframe. I wish it was 15-30 mins longer. 3) In Ronda the group is split into those that "booked the guided tour" and those that did not. The names are read aloud, people are gathered, but nobody checks anything. It should probably be stated, that if someone does not want to participate in the guided tour, they are free to explore on their own and skip the organizational overhead.

Gloria was very responsible and responsive throughout the tour. My only regret is that 4 hours felt a little too short for Ronda, as there was so much to see. I was lucky enough to try the new experience that takes you down below the Puente Nuevo and lets you walk underneath the bridge（not included in iternary though). It had only opened on September 16, 2026, just three days before my visit, so that felt really special! However, because of the limited time, However, because of the limited time, I didn’t get a chance to visit the bullring or Casa del Rey Moro. I wish there had been an option for a tour focused only on Ronda, without Setenil, so we could have spent more time exploring the town. There may have been such an option and I simply missed it when booking, but I would definitely have preferred more time in Ronda.

Jesus was kind and offered good suggestions. The group was big and generally we aren’t fans of such large group activities, always waiting on someone, so it really didn’t have anything to do with the activity. I wish people would be more considerate; also talking loudly on bus when Jesus was giving insights & information - it was not in their language & therefore I suppose people thought it was appropriate to have loud conversations. But, again, this is why we do not go often on big bus tours. Ronda was genuinely nice interesting & in our opinion, good for just a day highlight.

Too long...it was middle of the day, too hot and people were thirsty and hungry. I excused myself from the tour and joined others for a rest and lunch.

Really good experience. Monica our guide was excellent and both Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas were well worth a visit.

Everything is fine. The town is less spectacular than it appears in photos and advertisements. But it is fine to get to know it.

Fantastic trip! Monica was an excellent guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the stops we made and was a very pleasant hostess! We loved visiting Ronda, Monica took us to all of the highlight's which we wouldn’t have known about otherwise.

Excellent service and what a pleasant guide with a lot of knowledge and wit to enjoy our tour. Pedro, Pedro!!! Surprising to see that at such a young age he possesses great experience and knowledge, in addition to his pleasant energy. Thank you
