The worst activity I have done, running away, they arrived 30 minutes late to pick us up, I already had this experience with another guide called SAIVO, it went well, but today with another guide called IMRAN he left us because we were 2 minutes late at the meeting point, he did not even give us time to take a picture they rush us at every stop, we do not have time to appreciate because he puts too much pressure on you, if you want to visit the city in peace without pressure you have to look for another provider otherwise you will end up like us taking a taxi to return to the hotel and not having finished the whole visit

An awesome full day Dubai City Tour!
I booked the Full Day Dubai City Tour for my family with Efficient Tourism! The activity was really amazing as we got to know so many things about the city. The tour took us to many heritage sites in comfortable four-wheelers. The views everywhere were spectacular! Besides, we even got some great deals and offers on group bookings. Would highly recommend Efficient Tourism for any tours or activities in Dubai!

Highly Recommend to make your trip memorable.
Few days ago my family had a layover to Dubai for 8 hours so we wanted to cover Dubai for a sightseeing. Mr. Prithiviraj Shetty arrange us a very comfortable car along with decent Mr. Ali who took care of our in each attraction and was very joyful to take our family picture and describe about the places . We enjoy the local food together which was very touchy moments as well. Highly recommended and we will book for any trip to UAE in coming days from Efficient Tourism.💓💐

A great tour!
We covered a good portion of the city in our tour. Our guide was a professional and was extremely knowledgeable.
Because we were on a 1 day cruise stop, it was crucial to get in as many sights as possible. Comparing tours with others on the cruise ship, we saw the most.
The only thing I would do differently is to not use the Dubai Mall as a pickup point. The mall is huge and has several exits.

Better try different travel company
We were first picked up with another group to be dropped off where bus was, and the car had no AC, so that was terrible.
The entire experience was rushed too much. At stop points to take pics, we were given 10-15 mins which is fine. When lunch time arrived, we were dropped off at oasis mall (that we never heard of) to have lunch at food court, and we were given 45 mins ONLY. All the options were fast food deep fried and one place had kebabs and salads, so we ordered from there and it took forever for the food to arrive. Our guide knew about this issue as he came up to us and said that they still will be leaving at time he set at first. They did not wait for us even though we only needed 5 more mins. We ended up booking a cab to go to the bus as we left our stuff there and discontinued the tour. Also, guide guy did not do a very good job telling interesting facts about Dubai and the area. Saying this since we were in Dubai 2 years ago and did the Dubai tour with another company, and it was amazing. I only booked this one since it did not include Burj Khalifa entrance as we did not need it this time. Worse tour ever!

However, we would like to clarify that there were over 20 other guests on the same bus, and we checked with them during and after the tour — none reported any issue with the A/C or any other discomfort. Our vehicles are regularly maintained, and the air conditioning was functioning as normal on that day. Still, we regret that it did not meet your personal comfort level.
Time Allocation at Stops:
The stop durations are planned to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Photo stops are typically 10–15 minutes, which is standard for city tours. For lunch, we allocate 30 to 45 minutes at the food court — this is a standard and reasonable timeframe considering the overall tour duration. We understand that delays can happen when ordering food, but our guides must keep to the schedule to respect the time of all guests.
Lunch Venue – Oasis Mall:
Oasis Mall is chosen for its clean environment, a wide range of dining options, and accessible parking for tour buses. While it may not be a well-known tourist destination, it is convenient and functional for our scheduled break.
Guide Commentary:
We’re sorry that you felt the guide's commentary was lacking. Our guides are trained to provide informative insights throughout the tour, and we’ll follow up with the assigned guide to ensure higher engagement and interaction in the future.
Burj Khalifa Entrance Tickets:
To clarify, Burj Khalifa tickets are not included in this tour, and this is clearly mentioned on our website and all related materials. This tour is specifically designed for guests who prefer a city tour without Burj Khalifa entry, and that was part of why you selected it, as noted in your review.

Excellent tour
My daughter and I visited dubai for 4 days and wanted to do as much as possible within this time.
The full day tour was a perfect preview of what dubai has to offer. We were able to decide which sight we wanted to do in more depth. As it was her birthday, she chose to visit the future museum as the one. Very professional, excellent communication, timeous agenda, new cars and buses and very professional staff and drivers.
Highly recommend this company above all.

Thanks for the great experience
We recently had a quick layover in Dubai and organized a tour of the city with Efficient Tourism. They were very helpful in planning and customizing a private city tour for our family.
Our guide Raza and driver Yasir were both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout the tour and ensured that we had a great experience while in Dubai. They both went above and beyond during our tour and were very flexible to adjust plans on the fly and we never felt rushed through any of the stops
We would definitely recommend Efficient Tourism as well as Raza and Yasir to anyone looking for a tour while in Dubai.
