We had such an AMAZING day with our guide, Ricardo! From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and punctual. He took us to the Fortaleza Distillery, showed us around the beautiful pueblo, and made the entire experience so much fun and memorable. To end the day, he took us to Cantaritos El Güero, which was the perfect way to finish an already incredible day!
Ricardo truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. We felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. If you’re looking for a guide, we HIGHLY recommend Ricardo! We would absolutely book with him again. Thank you, Ricardo, for such an unforgettable day!

Wonderful day in Tequila
Ricardo is a great guide. He picked us up at the hotel and took us to two distilleries in Tequila. He showed us everything and his English is great. He knows everything, has a lot of local merchant contacts, and was very very helpful as we shopped. We enjoyed it so much that we booked him for the next in Guadalajara.

Perfect Time in Tequila Town!
Our tour guide was Eduardo/Lalo. He was a great guide! Very informative, took us to the distilleries we wanted (Los Abuelos/Fortaleza which has a beautiful property, cave tasting room, and gave us the full spectrum of tequila making, and one other with a broad assortment of tequilas), had a good meal at The Camel Restaurant (Los Camellos Agave), and drank and partied at Cantaritos to end the day. We did the tour as part of my birthday trip and Lalo was right on point with where he took us. It was a perfect day. If all their guides are like Lalo, I highly recommend!

Fortaleza Adventure
The Fortaleza tour is intimate and authentic. Beautiful grounds, and I highly recommend staying to enjoy their fish tacos and drinks—we could have stayed there all day. The distillery also offers non-alcoholic drinks, along with coffee, at the end of the tour. Don’t rush-that distillery is gold! I suggest bringing a hat and comfortable shoes. The tour guide at Koyote was great: knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely passionate. He tailored the rest of the day to our needs. Highly recommend!
