I am very grateful for the flexible response of the local staff. Although there was a mishap with the reservation for a four-seat cross-bed on the train to Machu Picchu, I had a memorable experience talking with a Colombian YouTuber who was seated with me about our respective countries. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it was the four-hour gap in the train departure time to Machu Picchu after arriving at Ollantaytambo station. I assume you are considering the local traffic, but since there are luggage restrictions for Machu Picchu and it's difficult to shop at the Ollantaytambo station market, I thought it might be okay to cut a little more time. I have the impression that Five Star can flexibly incorporate suggestions into the schedule if we create and propose our own local sightseeing plans. Although this was a sudden request, you provided various proposals quickly, and I was able to enjoy Peru to the fullest. I will definitely use it again! Thank you to the staff!

We used the Lima day trip to Nazca and the overnight tour from Cusco to Machu Picchu. After arriving in Lima, the Japanese company's eSIM, which my wife frequently uses for overseas travel, wasn't connecting. Apparently, this company's eSIM has many issues in Peru. The president of My Find Journey personally and carefully assisted us in installing a local eSIM. Nasca was a kind driver who spoke Japanese, and we had a wonderful experience with just the two of us on a day trip, as he suggested various things. I recommend the Larco Museum in Lima because it is wonderful. At Machu Picchu, we had a fluent Japanese guide who explained not only the ruins but also provided detailed explanations about the site, such as the construction techniques that avoided fault lines. It was a wonderful experience to imagine the past from the hot springs and the monument of the first Japanese Machu Picchu village chief. Hotel Lima, Machu Picchu, Cusco is a very safe and convenient place, and I am satisfied. My find journey is a very trustworthy local travel agency because they respond to all communications, including LINE, very quickly. This time, we used a Japanese travel agency to handle everything, including the flights, but I think it would also be good to plan the trip after consulting directly with a local tour operator in Peru, such as adding free days.

Since you arranged everything from tickets to everything else, I was truly grateful for the stress-free experience. It was really great that I went, as I would normally have to research so many things in Japan, but I could see Machu Picchu just by going with my own body. I met other Japanese people, and they had a really hard time getting tickets, so since the local language is Spanish, it's best to ask if you definitely want to go. Since I was assigned a guide who actually speaks Japanese, my understanding of Machu Picchu deepened. Thank you for taking photos and videos; it was stress-free. But, while waiting for the bus, I saw the customers lined up waiting in the rain, and the guide was sitting somewhere out of the rain, away from the line, eating, so I thought that should probably be done out of sight lol. Since we were all getting on the same bus... I think that's how things are done in Machu Picchu village, but it was confusing lol. However, even putting that aside, the explanation of Machu Picchu was wonderful, so I want to recommend it to my friends! The driver was also a nice person, and they drove quickly to make sure we were on time, allowing us to move through the incredible roads of Cusco quickly. You easily told me about tourist spots while I was traveling, and it was helpful when I was traveling alone.

I decided to make a reservation to go to Machu Picchu, which I've always wanted to visit, even if it's just by myself. I'm not the type to travel much, and I jumped into my trip to Peru without doing much research due to being busy, but you provided such meticulous support that I had a meaningful and unforgettable experience. In particular, while it seems that things like getting various tickets for Machu Picchu tourism can be troublesome, the support, such as advice, allowed us to proceed very smoothly. The tour of Machu Picchu was very easy to follow because the guide had deep knowledge and guided me according to my prior knowledge and physical condition. This time, I asked for a little favor in advance, and you guided me through Olyantaytambo with an English guide. It is a city with a history as long and beautiful as Machu Picchu, and I am so glad I visited. South America might not be a place I visit many times, but it was a wonderful trip that makes me want to go again. Thank you very much.

As tourists visit Machu Picchu from all over the world these days, local ticket information and purchasing methods often change daily. Amidst that, there is a Japanese person at Find My Journey. The guide who accompanied us was always mindful of our health and made every effort to ensure we could sightsee safely. The points for taking photos and the explanations of the ruins were also detailed, and it was very easy to understand with the book. Also, the bus and train schedules were efficient without any waste, while allowing for plenty of rest. The Machu Picchu tour I was looking forward to was the best day thanks to the guide and everyone involved.

First of all, the Cusco flight was delayed, but it was very helpful to be able to contact them in a timely manner via LINE, not by email. The Machu Picchu guide, one of the highlights of this tour, was listed as an English guide, so I was going to ask him to speak slowly, but he was also fluent in Japanese and I could understand Machu Picchu deeply. That was a big help. They were also invited to Circuit 3 to understand the highlights, and then went around Circuit 1 from above by themselves. This time, the guide was more considerate and I got on the bus in front of us, but the line was so long that I thought it would be safer to get together early just for the summer vacation period, as the 6:20 hotel meeting would definitely not make it to the 7:00 circuit. Also, it was bad that I didn't confirm that the train to Machu Picchu village was stopped, but I thought that it would be a different feeling if you could contact me on LINE the day before.
