It was okay. The architecture talk was minimal and in German first, then English. Many groups were talking and laughing loudly so had to strain to listen to the audio (the other groups didn’t bother me, just pointing that out). Honestly just felt like I paid €20 to be on a boat for an hour. Concessions is cash only.
Extremely easy to navigate the place from city center. You can reach in 15 min walk or by U bahn. Easy ticket and English on tour guide.
The river cruise was very relaxing and informative. We learned about the different building alongside the river.
We took this cruise early on during our visit to Frankfurt & we were more familiar with the city as we subsequently wandered all around various parts of the city. The cost was quite reasonable and the atmosphere was quite relaxing. My beer was nice and cold, good thing as it was quite warm that day.
Booking experience was good. But there is not much to see and experience in the boat ride.

Excellent orientation to the city, plus I saw areas I might not otherwise have seen. Easy to find the docking point with the coordinates TripAdvisor gives. The German/English audio was perfectly timed. (Though it’s good to know “rechts” and “links” — on the right and on the left — to know where to look while you wait for the English.) Good value and a good time!
Its a cruise, that's right. But I would not call it sightseeing, since there isn't much to see from the river. I can count the sightseeing that was menstioned on one hand. Plus, why can't I have my bottle if water with me onboard? I can understand outside foods and drinks are not allowed, so people are forced to buy from them, but water!!! In this extreme heat waves!!
This was our second time once last year and this year doing this tour. I highly recommend it! It is so relaxing and automated recording that tells the history of the buildings you see in both German and English are very informative! Also located next to Iron Bridge and Römerberg! Great memory and great tour to see Frankfurt from a river!
The diesel fumes emitted by the vessel and the vaping fumes emitted by other patrons made my daughter and I sick
