As soon as we became aware of the issue, we did our best to resolve it as quickly as possible. We immediately offered you the nearest available date for the Auschwitz visit. Unfortunately, you were no longer in Krakow at that time, so this alternative was not possible for you. Nevertheless, despite the fact that only the Auschwitz part of the tour could not be provided, we immediately assured you that the full cost of the booking would be refunded, rather than refunding only the Auschwitz portion of the tour. As we mentioned above Viator subsequently processed the full refund. We sincerely apologize once again. We know that a refund cannot make up for missing such an important visit, and we are genuinely sorry that this experience did not meet the standards we strive to provide to every guest.
