great way to see everything the island has to offer
Our full day tour of Terciera was awesome. Our driver and guide, Victor, was personable and very informative about everything on the island. He made over 20 stops for photo ops, etc including several where there were no other tourists. He asked how much time we wanted to spend for lunch and then picked an appropriate restaurant. Spending the whole day with him was a great experience and without a rental car on that part of our trip it was the absolute best way to see everything the island has to offer. We very highly recommend this experience.

Great Intro to Terceira
Vincent provided a wonderful, custom tour of the island that highlighted many of the significant points of interest. We even participated in moving cattle from one field to another!

Terceira on a tapestry
We loved this experience.
Our guide Victor was charming showing at all times receptive to what we were at ease.
He taught us impressive places on the island giving us all kinds of information about each of them, you know the history of the whole island.
It makes the route according to the weather of the day so you can see all the viewpoints well.
He told us the possibility of visiting Algar do Carvao although he was not included in the excursion in case we were interested and we went, the truth is worth it they just opened it to the public because it was under renovations is spectacular.
The guide will answer all the questions you have and make the visits without haste.

Wonderful full day tour!
We had a wonderful day with Victor! He showed us everything there was to see and do in Teciera and let us set the pace of our tour.
He was very knowledgeable about the history of the island, the people and their customs. We enjoyed learning about the Volcanoes, vineyards, Ghost chapels and the Bull runs, and saw many incredible views.
We highly recommend his tour!

Fantastic tour of Terceira with Vitor
Our guide Vitor was exceptional, apart from being a lovely chap he was so knowledgeable and passionate about Terceira you couldn’t help but fall in love with this island. I would absolutely recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed. We explored much of the island and were given the opportunity to taste local produce, all at a pace that was adjusted to suit us.

Amazing day tour and guide
We were picked up by our amazing guide, Victor — and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! His knowledge of the island was outstanding, and he took us to incredible viewpoints and off-road spots that you’d never reach on a regular tour bus.
Victor was very aware of the weather patterns and timed our stops perfectly so we could make the most of each location. The entire day was pleasant, well-paced, and full of great surprises.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch at a beautiful spot and even visited a local cheese factory. The tour was tailored just for the two of us, which made it even more special.

Unforgettable day exploring Terceira
We had an absolutely incredible full-day tour in Terceira! The trip started with a visit to Mount Brazil, which offered stunning panoramic views and some great photo opportunities. From there, we explored several breathtaking viewpoints around the island—each one more beautiful than the last. The natural lava lagoons were a highlight—completely unique and so peaceful to walk around.
Lunch was a real treat. We stopped at a local gem, Vista Restaurant, and were blown away. We ordered the swordfish and limpets, and both dishes were incredibly fresh and flavorful. You could tell the ingredients were local and prepared with care.
This tour was the perfect mix of nature, culture, and food. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Terceira with Victor - our tour guide.

Fabulous day with a knowledgeable and helpful local guide

Wonderful experience
Vitor was an amazing guide. He kept in touch, was prompt in picking us up at our cruise ship. The tour was so interesting. He introduced us to local food. We cannot say enough about how great our day was.
