この半島は、その驚異的な生物多様性で世界的に有名なテーブル マウンテン国立公園内にあります。 喜望峰自然保護区は岩だらけの岬に広がっています。ここは自然保護区であり、数多くのアンテロープ、珍しいケープマウンテンシマウマ、その他のユニークな動物種が生息しています。海鳥の楽園でもあり、保護区内には 250 種の鳥類が記録されています。 ケープ ポイントは、ケープ半島の非常にとがった端です。ここはすぐにわかるランドマークであり、アフリカ最南端と間違われることもよくあります。ケープ ポイントには、世界で最も有名な探検家であるバスコ ダ ガマとバルトロメウ ディアス (1488 年にケープ ポイントを周回した最初のヨーロッパ人探検家) を讃えるために建てられた 2 つの国定記念碑があります。

私たちはハウト ベイの漁村へ向かい、壮大なチャップマンズ ピーク ドライブを越えて、趣のある海岸沿いの町ノールフックに入ります。風光明媚な半島のドライブで、雄大な喜望峰自然保護区とケープ ポイントへ向かいます。 ハウト ベイでは、シール島へのボート クルーズに参加する (料金には含まれていません) か、人気のマリナー埠頭と港を散策して、撫でるために現れる人懐っこいアザラシと友達になるかのオプションがあります。 喜望峰自然保護区では、有名なケープ ポイント灯台を訪れます。灯台までは、使い古された小道を短いながらも少し急な坂道を歩くか、ケーブルカーで頂上まで行くことができます。景色は素晴らしく、湾ではクジラやイルカが見られるかもしれません。
フォールス湾を見下ろす伝説的な海軍都市であるシモンズ タウンで午前を終えます。ボルダーズ ビーチの有名なペンギンのコロニーを訪れるか (入場料は料金に含まれていません)、またはサイモンズ タウンの歴史的なメインストリートを散歩したり、趣のあるショップや博物館に立ち寄って時間を過ごすこともできます。 サイモンズ タウン マリナー ワーフでは軽食やお飲み物をご用意しております (お客様ご負担となります)。
昼食後、フォールス湾沿岸ルートに沿ってケープタウンとカーステンボッシュ植物園に戻ります。フィッシュ ホーク、カルク ベイ、セント ジェームス、ミューゼンバーグなどの海辺の町を通過します。 通りには、風変わりな書店、古着屋、サーフ ショップが立ち並び、人気の海辺のレストランやデリが集まっています。私たちは途中で立ち止まって、通りを散策したり、ちょっとしたショッピングをしたり、ミューゼンバーグでサーファーを観察したり、クジラの季節であればホエールウォッチングをしたり、有名なビクトリア時代のカラフルなビーチ小屋の写真を撮ったりします。

We had a wonderful day on the Mo Afrika Full-Day Cape Peninsula Tour, and we were truly blessed to have Alfred as our guide. From the moment the tour started, his friendly personality, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made the experience even more memorable. Alfred shared fascinating insights about Cape Town and the attractions we visited, making every stop meaningful and enjoyable. The places included in the tour were absolutely awesome — from seeing the adorable penguins at Boulders Beach, to the breathtaking views at Seal Island, the iconic Cape of Good Hope, and the stunning lighthouse at Cape Point. What made the day even more special was Alfred himself. He was engaging, caring, and passionate about what he does. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had made a new friend, and as we talked after the trip, we realized we already missed him! The tour was not what we expected. We didn’t do many of the stops that’s were planned on the itinerary which was a little bit disappointing. Our guide was okay although he seemed agitated and threatened to leave some of the clients if they were even a couple of minutes late to the meeting spots. Overall the tour was not what was advertised.
Amazing breathtaking tour, I was by myself with a very qualified and nice guide, Sentle, who drove and took me to the most beautiful places.
Great tour to get a quick taste of the beaches, peninsular and back into the city. Really not enough hours in the day to see and experience what this beautiful place has to share with us.
Abdoul was excellent. His knowledge about history was outstanding. Besides that, he is familiar with all local persons and locations. GREAT experiance !

A tremendous day with MoAfrika tours and my guide for the day, Sentle. Early start to beach then a wee cruise to Seal Island then to Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point, a delicious lunch at Saveur and the best part of the day for me at Boulder Beach penguins. Guide Sentle was accommodating, friendly and knowledgable and whilst a long day, it was superb. Highly recommend this tour to everyone, stunning scenery and wildlife.
