Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with the service. The driver never showed up at the airport, leaving me stranded with no communication or support. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Arrived in DR on the 14th...
Arrived in DR on the 14th met with our driver outside by pick up was easy to locate short wait time and returning to the airport pick up from the airport was on time both rides were smooth both drivers were helpful, would recommend to friends and family for sure

A great company!
This was our second time using HQT for transport and it went smoothly both times. Good communication, drivers were on time and friendly. Newer vehicles and the drivers drove safely. Pick up for return to airport was on time both visits. Great price and great service-definitely a winning combination! Thank you Adrian- wonderful driver!

Mislead
I got a round trip airport ride. Then was told it was only 1 way. Now I have to find a ride while at the resort. Not fun

Our records show that only a one-way transfer was booked and paid for. We provided the service exactly as confirmed on the reservation; unfortunately, a return transfer was not included.

I was able to book this transportation for my auntie and uncle, they where at the airport and needed a ride and this company came through to get them.

I wouldn’t use this agency again
Maybe it was my mistake but I wasn’t made aware that I would need to pay an additional fee when I arrived, prior to boarding the taxi service. I was not allowed to board the taxi without pay the additional fee. I wouldn’t recommend this service. It should be completely transparent from the beginning. All fees and cost should all be included at booking.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, the reservation you purchased was specifically for hotels located within the Punta Cana area. Your hotel is in Uvero Alto, which is outside the Punta Cana service zone and requires a different transfer option and rate. Before your arrival, we contacted you and informed you that the incorrect transfer option had been booked and that the price difference for transportation to Uvero Alto would need to be paid. The additional amount was not an unexpected or hidden fee; it was the difference between the Punta Cana transfer purchased and the correct Uvero Alto transfer. We encourage all customers to verify their hotel’s address and location before selecting a transfer option. We make every effort to communicate any booking discrepancy before arrival so customers have the necessary information in advance.
