9 friends from Chiquila to Cancun airport and it has been a phenomenal trip, we will repeat if we come back, thank you very much
I am happy that I got from Chiquilá to Cancun safe and that will always be more comfortable and better than anything. But I was unhappy that I paid for private and got shared shuttle.
We were met where we were told at the exact time that was stated. The drive was very comfortable as the van was nearly empty. We got the late shuttle and we were concerned about catching the last Ferry to Holbox but the driver made sure we got there on time.
I booked a private shuttle and received a shared for the price of a private. I made a complaint directly to the company. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now. Still haven’t received anything all they say is “we are going to process it in the next three days” for a month now. Completely unreliable customer service from their behalf, don’t book your trip back until you’re in Holbox. This company is terrible at delivering what they promise to. If you can find a better option please do. I’ve been politely going back and forth with the company and even so I haven’t received a refund.

We got the Shuttle from Chiquila to the Cancun Airport. The Driver was complete in Time and the Van was in really good conditions. The transfer was quick and really professional. We took the additional Toll to be 20 Min faster on the airport. Everything was perfect. offtopic: All the stupid Health questions on trip advisor are not important for us. We trust our own immun system and need no recommendations from WHO or other profit companies.
Service was easy to find. Good communication from Viator. Great customer service. Drivers are friendly and good.
Got the shuttle from the port to Cancun airport. Driver was friendly and helped with bags. Got us to the airport on time!
I booked last minute since at our hotel they needed a 24 hr notice before booking a shuttle. They met us at the ferry dock and the ride was smooth and we got there before time. I will book them again when I return to Holbox!
