We went to a group of Fortaleza to take a walk through the 3 beaches in a beat and back. At the combined schedule the guide passed at our hotel and it was a wonderful day. On the way we stopped to see the world's largest rafting. The tour price is excellent, but the buggy ride is not included.

On the date of 27/05/ 26 was contracted tour to Morro Branco. Already on the way to the beaches, after the presentation, my group of three people became aware that I would do the tour without the responsible guide. Until now, I'm not critical of the lady in charge of the group. Meanwhile, on the return route to the final point that would be at Hotel beach Centro, two people from my group who live in Fortaleza wanted to stay at a point closer to their residence. Which I explicitly disagreed with. I explained to the tour manager that I would not get off the bus. And I was rejected by her. According to her, democracy would be I agree with the others. You said I didn't feel safe about it. I spoke of the extreme violence that strikes Fortaleza. And my contract is registered my landing point at Hotel Praia Centro. This situation gave me some discomfort. And I got very nervous. But the attitude of the person responsible for the tour was of extreme unpreparedness and disrespect. Totally unable to handle conflicts. He expressly said he did not admit criticism of her work. Just the company. The situation almost moved into a situation of physical aggression. There are two witnesses from the group who witnessed the fact. We were left in a place that wasn't safe for me. And the tour manager still sent me LASCAR and closed the door. She answered my problem. I do not indicate the company for the mere fact of disrespect. Not respecting the contract. Of not understanding the feeling of insecurity of a woman at night in downtown Fortaleza that is extremely violent

Sobre a situação relatada, gostaríamos de esclarecer que o desembarque ocorreu conforme alinhamento previamente acordado entre a senhora e suas amigas, em um local considerado seguro e movimentado, próximo a serviços 24 horas e de fácil acesso, uma vez que a hospedagem informada não estava dentro da nossa rota regular de embarque e desembarque. Infelizmente, no momento final do passeio, houve um episódio de tensão e desencontro entre a senhora e suas amigas, o que acabou gerando um ambiente de desconforto. Neste contexto, também ocorreram falas ofensivas direcionadas à nossa profissional guia de turismo, situação igualmente lamentável. Reforçamos, porém, que jamais compactuamos com qualquer situação de desrespeito mútuo, seja com passageiros ou com nossos colaboradores. Excellent tour led by the guide Dilma Fontes. Punctuality, security, comfortable bus, refrigerated. The guide is very friendly, polite and cordial. It offers options, but leaves us free to choose. I would definitely go back to hiking with her!

I received an appointment from a friend to talk to the guide Dilma Fontes about my script in Ceará. She exceeded all expectations. Dilma is extremely kind, familiar with the locals, fair, fun, passes all the information and left me very safe and comfortable with the ride. By far the best guide I've ever traveled with.
