Dayna was amazing! She did a very good job explaining all the sites, where we will be going and was funny and entertaining.
Randy our tour guide was affable friendly, informative and made our day. It was a long tour but i dont think there would be much more to see or know or do about the Niagara Falls after this tour. We will always remember the Back, left, right, left, back dance we were taught for the boat and the best pictures.
Randy was an excellent tour guide. He gave us great tips on how to stay dry as we explored Niagara Falls. He gave a great tour of the Falls area. We saw the Falls from every angle possible!

Tour was great.. 2 complaints.. 1, there were so many places around the tour that we could have stopped for lunch with a variety of choices but we went 20 minutes out of our way to sit in the bus and wait our turn to enter an average bakery with an extremely limited menu. Then we had to sit in the cramped bus to eat. Terrible idea! The guide acted like she was doing us a favor to save us a few bucks but it was quite obvious that this is common place. 2,there was a couple that did not make their pick up time. We waited at the spot for about 15 minutes. Our guide said that they were in a different pot and we were going there to pick them up. We got there and waited another 10 minutes or so and they were not there either. The guide said we needed to alter the plan and make the spot we were at waiting our first stop instead of the Maid of the mist. The itinerary said we should have gotten an hour at that spot but we were reduced to 30 minutes. There was a huge shopping area that we did not have time to explore. I feel bad for the 2 that had travel issues but that’s poor planning on their part. The other 14 people should not have lost time because of this. They did show up while we were on our half hour but that’s beside the point. You as a company should have dealt with that issue separately and let the rest of us get our full time at each stop.
