オリンダとレシフェへの1日ツアー

I felt hurt. Both on the website, at the agency, and on WhatsApp, the company recommends wearing light shoes and clothes to go up the hills and says there is an OPTIONAL to go up in a 4x4. On the day of the tour, we went to Olinda and upon arrival, we were directed to another 4x4 reception agency, where they made us sit down to watch a sales video for the 4x4 tour, with an exorbitant price of 68 reais, more than what you already paid Martur for the city tour. So you find out that if you don't go in the 4x4, you won't have the city tour. Well, the guide puts you in the van and takes you to the top of Sé. What happened to me. At the top of the Sé, she gave me 1 hour free to explore the place and then we went back down to the 4x4 agency, where I sat in the square in front, waiting for the tour of those who went in 4x4 to return. What they sell as a city tour is Recife to Olinda. A terrible experience and money wasted. To have that, I would take an Uber which would be much cheaper.

It was a disaster: 1) We are advised that we will not be picked up at the hotel agreed on the website, and that it was on my printed voucher (according to them just that day they did not pick up at that hotel) 2) The tour started at 8.00 (which is why we chose it, since in the afternoon we asked to go to the airport) and actually started at 9.15 3) It was with a guide who spoke Spanish, and the guide did not speak Spanish. He only spoke Portuguese, which was the language of most of the attendees.

The bus was comfortable, with air conditioning. We visited Recife and then Olinda. The guide, Baruque, was attentive and always thought about the group's safety. A highlight was the Puppet Museum in Recife. Only in Olinda was the visit too quick.

The walk was very good! Especially for those who do not know the cities of Olinda and Recife. We had an idea of architecture, culture, history beyond contact with people.

They left me waiting I missed an entire morning! Neither to call me nor to warn anything I was planted in the hotel waiting for transport

We had a great day in Olinda and Recife. The guide was great. Just that they didn't warn us correctly of the time and we had a hard time getting back to clarify that it wasn't eight o'clock, but nine o'clock.

It was a very nice city tour. We know the main points of the historic centre of Recife and Olinda.

I bought 2 tickets yesterday for the full day tour for today spt 14th, 2025 around old recife and olinda. I chose a pick up point that is far away from the flat where we are staying. We booked an uber for 7:15am, on a sunday morning. We got to the point at 7:30. At the pick up point, an hotel un rua bom viagem, nobody had the slightest idea of the tour. We waited until past 8:30. We then called, internationally, to an operator of Martur Viagems e Turismo, who had no idea about our reservation. At 9:12 am they contacted my by whatsap indicating they had found my reservation!!!! Now, at around 10:20am I wrote back to them requesting a full reimbursement of the tour plus the back and forth uber. Up to this moment I have had no response whatsoever.

Nice tour, with it you can have a panorama and overview of Recife and Olinda. Very good guide.
