NEMO WATERSPORTS ROSHAN was a very good captain, took us to the burj hotel and Atlantis hotel. Afterwards he let us do our own thing on the jet ski and we had so much fun

I booked a room at the Walled Off Hotel in Paris. In the photo, one can see a pretty room with a double bed. It was never mentioned that the room had neither a toilet nor a bathroom! This photo is even in my booking confirmation email. BUT, attached to this email, there is an attachment with a confirmation and there it is noted that the room has a shared bathroom! and when I go to \"manage my booking\", below this beautiful photo, there is a second one showing a poor room with a small bed and especially without a toilet or bathroom! Realizing the deception immediately, I contacted Agoda, which refuses to change my room or hotel, as this room is non-refundable. So there is no room for error at Agoda, even if you notice it right away!!! Is this really legal?
