From moment of pick up Pedro T was a warehouse of knowledge. Very engaging and was a pleasure having him as our guide. He highlighted important city sites and took the time to ask if we had questions and even gave historical background/significance. We had such a brilliant tour with Ricardo in Lisbon! He was absolutely fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining and so much fun throughout the whole tour. He taught us so much about the different sites and made sure we got to see as much as possible. One thing that really stood out was how well Ricardo managed the tour in both English and Spanish. He dedicated his time between the two languages so that everyone could understand, hear the same stories and get the same experience. He made sure nobody felt left out, which was really appreciated. Ricardo was a brilliant guide and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Ricardo to anyone visiting Lisbon! Although Ricardo was outstanding at splitting his time between English and Spanish, I do feel that this setup can be unfair both to the guide and to the customers, as it means waiting for stories and information to be translated into both languages. This is not a criticism of Ricardo at all, as he handled it incredibly well, but perhaps the tour could consider how the bilingual format is organised. I also think the tour could communicate more clearly when booking that, although it is advertised as a tour of the different sites, tickets or entry to attractions are not booked or guaranteed as part of the experience. Making this clearer beforehand would help customers know exactly what to expect and plan accordingly.

What a great tour and a greater tour guide Vincent was. Very patient, polite, with sense of humor which made the very long uphill to Pena Castle fun. His knowledge of the history of Portugal helped us to understand much more about this beautiful country.
