The pickup was punctual. The activities were primarily designed for children, excluding lunch. Regarding the drop-off, despite the heavy rain, the guide chose to leave me a ten-minute walk from my hotel without prior consultation. The guide appeared to be enjoying his own time rather than focusing on attending to our needs.
Booked an English Tour. Guide could not speak English, so spent the day not knowing what was happening. Extremely frustrating, badly organised, totally unprofessional guide Abdul Azia. Probably the worst Day Trip I have been on in over 20 years of travel. Terrible organisation, 2 hours late for Transfer pickup, resulted in this trip taking 15 hours - arrived back at our Hotel at 1:00am. (The traffic certainly added to the total frustration of the day, but was not the main factor)
Wonderful, excellent specially with the guy called omar, he take care of every detail and give you time to try all the activities

The tour was great. The only thing I would say is that the itenary was different from what is displayed but it was great and my family really enjoyed it. I would definitely go again.

The tour guide was so nice and helpful. We went on our way late around 10 am which should be earlier as we requested to be in the pickup location at 9. The experiences there were not worth neither the time or the money. And lastly the food was so tiny with no options to pick from and we found moldy bread on the table as well 🥰.
