Fumi was terrific. She customized the tour based on our interests which was nice and we were able to cover a lot of ground in one day. We were never rushed and she took the time to explain the history of the various sights. She also took us off the beaten path to some local food spots which was amazing.

We spent the day with our guide Eriko in Tokyo. This was our first trip to Japan so it was wonderful to have a guide who spoke perfect English. Eriko helped us to navigate the train system and showed us some wonderful and varied places from the tranquil Meiji Shrine and Gardens to the chaotic Shibuya crossing and Harajuku shopping precincts! We really felt the energy of Tokyo and enjoyed the day very much. Eriko was a delightful guide with a great love of Tokyo and its history and culture and sharing that knowledge with others. Also, she found a delicious tempura restaurant for lunch which we would never have found on our own! Lastly, nothing was too much trouble and Eriko saved the day when it came to buying some gifts for our grandchildren . She was very patient as the Pokémon shop was very, very busy and it took us an hour in the checkout queue. Thank you again for a wonderful day Eriko!

Toshi was knowledgeable and took us wherever we wanted to go on the 6 hour tour. His English was excellent and he was very flexible with our schedule. This was a great thing to do on the first full day in Tokyo. It gave us a solid understanding of how to operate and Toshi explained and showed us how to do some of the initially confusing things here, like riding the Subway.
