Text messages conflicted with attachments in the texts. We didn’t know which to believe. If they were going to include the attachment they should have notes that the text messages superseded the attached information.

The sites visited were amazing. Jump the line entry allowed us to make the most of our time. The only let down was the second guide didn't have a flag or anything and so in the Vatican we kept losing her.

Transportation wasn't provided between the coliseum and the Vatican. I would've never booked this tour had I known that there was no transportation between the two places.

The tour provider, Rome your way did not show up at 8:45 am or ant time there after fir the vatican tour. When we called them, they hung up on us. We contacted viator, they initially told us to wait. They could see our reservation online. Then by 9:00 am viator told us we had to prove the tour was a no show and needed to provide documentation. We tried to send do documentation via email but were blocked. Avoid this tour provider it is a scam. We are out nearly $300. We are reporting this scam to our credit card company.

Coliseum and Forum tour was excellent. The guide was informative and kept the group together . The afternoon Vatican tour was okay; we saw the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. However the afternoon tour guide rushed through the exhibits and was difficult to understand. Overall was a good package but would have been better with a different leader

The first half (Vatican) great! Tour guide very knowledgeable. Second half (Colosseum) of the tour cancelled by company at the last minute after I was already on the way.

Very informative tour. A lot of walking but it was all worth it. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable. Great experience!

Both tours were amazing and historical. Our guides where very knowledgeable and experienced. Lots of steps in the collesium and Vatican. By the end of the day my back was hurting but well worth it. Our Vatican tour was in the afternoon and we were blessed enough to be there for the 5:30pm mass. It was unbelievable.

This tour operator was a total scammer. They texted me a day before the trip saying there wasn't enough interest and told me to cancel the trip on Viator so I could get my money back. I went to Viator and the trip was non-refundable. I texted them back to tell them I can't cancel and they ghosted me completely and never responded back to me. Then I kept getting automated messages about the trip happening. No one showed up and I'm out $350 bucks. They were also still advertising the trip on Viator for the same time slots they told me it was cancelled. Complete scam. I will never book another trip through Viator if they aren't going to vet their tour companies better. I had to scramble to get tours for the ones they scammed me on and never saw the Vatican because it then sold out!

We had booked this tour months before our tour date and it was cancelled two days before the tour. It made it extremely difficult to find another tour and because of this we missed seeing the Colosseum and the Roman Ruins. I am not very happy.
