Great organisation. Second time doing this we had Nino as our rider again. Lovely guy great commentary and discussion as we have helmet mics. Tremendous 4 hours into the centre of the island. Loved it and will be doing similar in September 😊

What a fabulous experience we just had with Madeira Sidecar Tours. Gino our driver and guide showed us just a small part of Madeira and shared his knowledge and passion for this beautiful island. What a great way to experience this lovely island - can’t recommend it highly enough. Travelling with a guide is so much better than trying to do it alone especially if you are restricted with time.

This trip was a last minute decision (to avoid a football match) for mother and son. We were met at our hotel by Luis who gave us a personal tour with a mix of coast and forest views. He was a true gentleman and was an encyclopedia of information on Madeira past and present. We toured ports, view points, picnic and forest areas, a place for coffee and poncha before a fast run on the motorway back. I made my decision to book after an earlier review said don't hesitate in making a reservation. It was the best advice and I echo the message..... go on, book now. You really will enjoy it😀

We booked this trip as part of our cruise itinerary which stopped in Madeira for the day. Felipe was our driver and picked us up from the cruise ship and dropped us back. We spent 2 fantastic hours riding around the coast. Felipe showed us some amazing views, stopped at various times to show us particular local attractions. He explained many different things about the island and we learned new things about Madeira. Felipe was very knowledgeable, friendly and humorous!! It was a fabulous experience and would definitely do it again for longer if we go back to Madeira. A fun way to see the island. Thank you Felipe for a great afternoon.

These riders and bikes are brilliant. Don't miss this whilst on Madeira. They take photos of you and send them on. You also call at places where the majority of tourists cannot go. A very personal yet professional company.

Me and my friend had a great time on the bike and sidecar. Nuno, our driver and guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the island and told us a lot about the history. We went up the mountains and had a clear view of the villages below plus a rainbow which made it even more special. Highly recommend booking this excursion and thank you for looking after us so well.

What a wonderful morning. Nuno was a great guide and very good company. Despite the recent storms he took us up into the mountains and made sure we saw remote parts of the island. The bar he took us to to get a coffee served the best Portuguese tarts we've ever had!. From booking online to the end of the trip everything was perfect.

What a wonderful experience! I am so glad I signed up for this one, rather than the ‘safe’ option of a coach tour for my day out in Funchal from my cruise ship. Luis was fantastic from the quayside all the way back to the ship, via such interesting places while I listened to his commentary through the headset, and could reply or ask questions through the microphone attached to the helmet. We went through the centre of Funchal, up to a viewpoint, then back down to a very pretty little fishing village. We also went high up into the mountains, where I tried a poncha, which is a delicious rum made from locally grown sugar cane and fresh lemon juice. I could get used to that! Thank you so much, Luis, for making my day in Funchal so memorable.
