1 day tour: Our group of 10 were led swiftly and efficiently by our cheerful and efficient guide, James along many paths to view the spectacular quartz sandstone pillars in the fading mist. James highlighted interesting amphropomorthic rock formations and warned us about the number of steps or potential hazards to be expected along the way or monkeys to avoid. To prevent fatigue and avoid long lines, he recommended riding a small train and the Tianzi cable way which involved additional costs that the group agreed upon at the start of the tour. I admire anyone who visits this National Park without a guide but I think it would be time consuming and confusing as there are several shuttle buses and escalators to ride and many winding paths and rising elevations.

We had an amazing day exploring Tianmen Mountain, the glass bridge, and the canyon—honestly one of the highlights of our trip to China. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and everything was so well organised from start to finish. A huge thank you to our tour guide, Yuki, who made the experience even more special. She spoke excellent English, was incredibly knowledgeable, and shared so many interesting facts and stories along the way. She was also so friendly, kind, and attentive, always making sure everyone felt comfortable and was enjoying the day. Yuki really went above and beyond to make the trip memorable, and her positive energy made such a difference. We felt very well taken care of throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area—it’s truly unforgettable!

Tour operator mixed up a dates of the tour at first and for an actual tour day they couldn’t be contacted. Tried to call and send a messages to confirm pick up time but with no response. Tour operator contacted us on the day of the tour around midday when we already left a hotel and made an different arrangement 🙁

I was fortunate to spend two beautiful days exploring Zhangjiajie National Park and the Tianmen Mountain with Alice and Yuki. Both ladies are wonderful tour guides; attentive and makes a lot of effort to communicate in English.

Shirley is very nice and a very good tour guide. The communication was very smooth, and she provided us with suggestions and information even before and after booking. We get along well with her! We also changed the plan during the booking period, but there is no problem at all. We had a good time - thank you very much!

I joined the 2-day Zhangjiajie group tour and had an amazing experience! Today I completed the “Group Tour to Avatar and Tianmen Mountain- Glass Bridge Optional. I must say that the place is beautiful. The itinerary was very efficient and allow the group to enjoy all there was to enjoy. I also must add that Shirley, the tour guide was amazing. She made sure to take us to the best places to take pictures. I have taken many tours before and I can say that she is the BEST! I recommend this tour to everyone!!!

Of all the tours we compared, this 2-day private trip was undoubtedly the best! Day one featured the otherworldly Zhangjiajie Forest Park, and day two included the thrilling Glass Bridge and stunning Tianmen Mountain. Our guide was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly humorous—we laughed throughout the entire journey. The entire experience was smooth, personalized, and totally stress-free.
