They made booking straightforward and were able to arrange activities for us at short notice while we were already on holiday. Their in-depth knowledge of the excursions they offer really showed, and clear information was provided before each trip. Everything was organised promptly so we could make the most of every minute. One of the highlights was the overnight trip to Tsavo East. The accommodation and food were excellent, and our guide Mohammed was outstanding. He is clearly an expert on the area and found an impressive array of wildlife for us. The way he spotted camouflaged cheetahs while we were driving was truly amazing. He was friendly, educational and wonderfully patient with the children, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The vehicles were comfortable and well maintained, and pick-ups and transfers were always punctual. We also booked Robinson Island, Wasini Island and Shimba Hills through Bushdwellers, and every single trip was delivered with the same high level of service and expertise. Communication was excellent throughout – they stayed in contact to check that everything was going well, which was very reassuring. Short-notice arrangements were handled superbly. The overall organisation felt professional and reliable from start to finish, and the trips added real value and enjoyment to our holiday. The whole service represented excellent value for money. From the first enquiry to the final trip, everything was reliable, well organised and delivered with genuine care.
