My wife and I originally booked the Hera Grand Luxury Cruise but the morning we were supposed to leave I had a medical emergency and we were unable to make it to the dock. Thanks to Mia I was able to substitute another similar cruise that left the very next day. Throughout the entire process she was able to quickly reply to any questions I had and was always well informed. I was worried the transportation to the dock might need to be rebooked but she was way ahead of me and had already taken care of everything. Even on the last day she checked in to make sure everything had gone smoothly. She is a true professional and a real asset to Hera Cruise lines. Anyone would be lucky to navigate the details of their travel with such a talent.

The two-day and one-night tour of the Lagoon Bay is very pleasant, from the kinds of confirmation letters before departure to all the experiences after boarding the boat, leave unforgettable memories. The final shuttle after the departure, also thanks to Drake's contact, let us go smoothly to the next resort. Highly recommended for travellers visiting Lagoon Bay.
