Plan a whole day visit the sights.-we missed the Liberty Bell because we didn’t know where it was exactly. Guess it is inside a building. Also need more buses so you don’t have to wait so long to get to another site.

The gentleman on the tour was very knowledgeable and very funny. he told us things about Philadelphia. We would've never known.

Great way to see the city and get to areas where you cannot walk to. Guides are very knowledgeable. Easy access and hop on and off options.

Great information and very knowledgeable. The tour guide was funny not sure of his name but he was a Black American fellow very funny.

The only problem we had was related to the stops. The numbering was confusing and we missed getting off at one of the sites. The guide completely skipped the stop we wanted and we didn't know it until two stops later. The guide on the first trolley was excellent and she was also on the final pick up we boarded.

Unfortunately, the day of our tour it was rainy, windy and there was a flood advisory. Luckily the tour went on but we were swapped to the Trolley instead of the double decker bus. The staff explained everything and were very accommodating. The tour went on and Ariel did an amazing job! We still got to all our stops and were able to get everything we had planned done.

Great chance to see all the highlights of the city, especially the historic sites everyone learned about in history. Although I stayed on the bus you have the chance to get on and off to visit the sites in person.

I was very disappointed with this hop-on hop-off tour experience. I paid for the tour expecting to see all of the advertised stops and attractions, but after arriving, I was informed that they were short on buses and unable to provide the full service. This limitation was not disclosed before purchase, which meant I paid full price for a reduced experience. A hop-on hop-off tour is supposed to offer flexibility and access to the entire route, but due to their lack of capacity, we were unable to see everything we planned. Poor planning and overselling tickets should not become the customer's problem. If the company knows it does not have enough buses to accommodate guests, it should either limit ticket sales or clearly inform customers before they purchase. I left feeling that I did not receive the service I paid for and would not recommend this tour based on my experience.

A really good tour. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and personable. My suggestion is go as early as you can because the tour allow you to get off at stops, but you have to be picked up by the next bus that comes and there is a 30 to 40 window between buses. This is a really great way to see the city and gain knowledge.

Excellent way to educate yourself on the historical sites of Philadelphia. Very easy to circle all the sites then get off at the ones you want to explore further. Guides vary, but are very knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to Billy who successfully added comedy to his historical views of the city!
