The bay is spectacular with mountains popping up everywhere in the water, but it is so polluted. It's like Bourke/Pitt Street with the number of boats, very hectic, takes some time to 6aboard & leave the dock.

Regarding the pollution problem in Ha Long, we really don't know how to explain it to you because Ha Long Bay is controled by Halong Management Board of Vietnamese Government. To be honest, we also really want to see Ha Long Bay clean and beautiful in the eyes of foreign tourists. Surely the next time you come to Ha Long, the bay will be clean and beautiful and you will have a different feeling now.

Nice cruise in Halong bay
Very nice cruise in Halong Bay.
The itinerary is standard, the same as all other cruises.
The boat was small but very nice and still comfortable. The guide was very nice and enthusiastic.
One of the activities described in the programme was however not included in the tour, which is a small error in communication that could be improved.
