SST Travels is outstanding!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with SST Travels Vietnam (connected via Klook) while booking my 2-day, 1-night cruise, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.
From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly easy and well managed. The pick-up and drop-off arrangements were organised exactly the way I wanted, and everything went seamlessly. The cruise itself was lovely, and most importantly, everything was exactly as promised. There were no unpleasant surprises at all.
But what truly made this experience special was Quyen, who was my main point of contact throughout the process. She is honestly one of the best travel agents I have come across. Her communication, patience, and attention to detail were exceptional. She made the entire experience feel effortless and was always available whenever I had a question or needed help.
What I especially appreciated was how warm and helpful Quyen was throughout the months of planning. She was always happy to point me in the right direction and share helpful suggestions even when I had questions beyond the cruise itself. That personal touch made the whole experience feel so much more genuine and reassuring.
Quyen is truly an asset to SST Travels, and I hope the company knows just how valuable an agent like her is. She made me feel looked after from start to finish.
Overall, an amazing experience with SST Travels. 100% recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. You will be in very good hands! ❤️

Incredible tour
Thank you for this unforgettable experience organized by Elise
The excursion went great when I booked the day before for the next day, as much for the cruise where the team was funny, but especially for the Yen Mountain. You guide Lucky was very patient very attentive and eager to share this moment, I want to put it in the spotlight because I thought I was not able to climb this mountain and thanks to his patience and his help I managed to do it

Our trip to the Lagoon Bay with the Grand Pioneer II, the facilities on the boat are new, the room space on the terrace is spacious and quite clean, and more importantly, the food on the boat restaurant is delicious, the service staff is courteous, so we have something worth it and the hospitality of the feeling.
In addition, the pool on the boat is still warm water, very careful!

Honeymoon
It was an amazing honeymoon in Vietnam that exceeded expectations. Everything went smoothly thanks to Alice and the helpful team, including Ivy our attendant. The service was wonderful, and the food was excellent. Also, thanks for the special arrangements that was done. We were extremely happy.

Great Service and Smooth Planning for Our Ha Long Bay Cruise
Thank you Mikey for arranging our Ha Long Bay cruise so smoothly.
Although our initial booking for Alisa Cruise was fully booked, she quickly sourced a great alternative, L’amour Cruise, which turned out to be a wonderful experience for our family.
She also thoughtfully suggested an additional bed for our kids and ensured all bookings and transportation were well coordinated.

Lagoon Bay 2 Day One Night Tour
Delivery is very timely, there are questions to ask specialists to respond quickly, everything is beautiful
Low Dragon Bay cruise experience, SST Travel arrange professional and safe
This time with SST Travel, the entire experience was very satisfied. The itinerary is clearly arranged, from boarding the boat to the end is smooth, the attitude of the staff is kind, detailed instructions make people feel comfortable.
The boat itself is clean and comfortable, the deck view is good, the gray rock view of the Lagoon Bay is really spectacular, and how to take pictures is beautiful. The meals on board are also better than expected, enough portions and good taste. The whole journey is at a good pace, not too fast, and there is plenty of time to take photos and relax and enjoy the scenery.
Overall, the CP value is high and is suitable for travellers who come to Lagoon Bay for the first time. If you come back later, you will be willing to choose SST Travel again and will also recommend it to friends
