Initial communication with the agency was difficult but based on their reviews I booked through TripAdvisor. I was not disappointed the service provided was prompt as promised, friendly and helpful. Mr. Samar Preet Singh is highly professional and courteous. He was always on time and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He took us to destinations that many tourists would miss out on. He is also knowledgeable about the place and is patient to accommodate as many stops as you need. Would highly recommend Northern Travels to anyone visiting Amritsar.
