From the gentleman who sold me my 2 tickets to the staff team at the first stop to the 2 drivers, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip. A special mention of Joe D, who was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. We learned so much and he kept us entertained and engaged from the time he picked us up at the USS Constitution stop. It was hot hot hot, and he took care of us with water misting fans! We will bring our adult children the next time we visit Boston. And yes, please tip your drivers, whether it's after 1 stop or you stay on the entire ride! It is a reasonable price, so we're getting a bargain being able to get on and off. Thanks for a great trip!

This was a great way to scope out the city and the guide and staff were very kind, informative and helpful!

Had an excellent time on Cityview with Hugo as our bus driver. He made history and the sites so much fun with humor.

The driver/tour guide will make or break the experience. One of our guides played a recorded narration which was.out of sync with what we were seeing. The other was a wealth of information with a wicked smaht Boston accent.

Hugo was the best trolley guide! His stories, cheesy jokes, and interactions with us were great. We highly recommend this tour to see the best of Boston

Howdy Boston. Came to celebrate America’s 250 years of freedom with a true Bostonian. After walking for hours she said the City View Trolley was really great. Yep, she was right and then some….it was exceptionally fun and what she didn’t tell me how much I was going to learn on the journey. Our guide was so enthusiastic and I wish He were my American History teacher in school(many years ago)! The ability to get on and off and go see so many different sites in one day and your feet are not aching is incredible. give Boston’s city view trolley 10 stars but I think I’m only allowed five.

WOW! What a great way to see the city. The guide on board was fantastic. A perfect way to see the city! The stops highlighted the best of Boston. Great information, relaxing, wonderful with the different languages for overseas visitors. Comfy seats and a nice breee on a hot day. A MUST experience!

Mark Hugo Malenze was the best tour guide. He made it so fun for my entire family. We would do it all again to ride with him again!

We were thrilled take the trolly ride around the city. Unfortunately the speed in which our initial driver approached hillthe s city, and the speed in which the taped recording played and pointed out various places of interest were too much for us to enjoy. In fact, many of the points of interest were missed because we just moved about to quickly. We exited at stop #6 in order to enjoy the scenery. Once we returned to the trolly, the new driver gave us an entirely different experience. He spoke clearly and at a pace we were able to comprehend and visually connect the content. When we excited the truly at stop #8, he pointed out places of interest and the streets in which we should explore. He thanked us for taking the trolly and ensured we were safe upon our exit. The attitude in which he tookl his responsibility was indifferent and a refreshing view of the city.
