Well organized, from pick up to drop off at hotel, everything went on smoothly. During the cruise, Minh who directed all activities was very good and fun. We had a very good time, the service was great

An excellent trip packed full of activities:::Dan and his staff did an excellent job ensuring everyone had a great time: food was terrific… Tiptop Island was crazy busy but other activities were very worthwhile…would definitely recommend

We had an overnight cruise and it was great fun. The staff - especially the cruise director, Dan, were very welcoming. The boat itself is quite old but the cabins and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and our dinner was taken out on deck and it was beautiful! There were lots of activities from a cookery demonstration, early morning Tai Chi lesson and boat trips. The only thing to note is that Halong Bay is super busy - so many boats and so many tourists!

The cruise was amazing and we would highly recommend it. The food, the accommodations and the staff were fantastic. Dan, our tour guide was great! We enjoyed touring the caves and had a good time on the beach. Thank you to everyone who made our first cruise in Vietnam a wonderful experience.

The cruise was sold to us by an agent as a 5-star tour. However, neither the itinerary nor the activities matched that. When we pointed this out, Hera Cruise just wriggled out of it. But the facts were obvious. They immediately threatened to call the police. Not treating customers appropriately. Ultimately, you are sold a more luxurious tour for more money and then the cheaper one goes ahead. Bad management.

The staff and Cruise Ship cannot be faulted. The rooms, food, staff and the general experience on the ship was fantastic. The amount of people visiting Ti Top Island,The cave and kayaking was ridiculous, it was super crowded. I wouldn't do a longer cruise but I would also recommend this company to do a cruise. The staff were awesome and it was a great one off experience.

Had an amazing time. The crew (Tom, Nglia, Huong, Sunny and Lily) were so friendly and helpful. Had a blast hanging with them. The view was amazing!!

This was our first cruise in Vietnam and we were not disappointed. From the very start, we were greeted warmly by the staff and been guided well throughout the cruise. Mr Dan was a great host and even did a karaoke stint for us at night. He sounded like he could be on Vietnam idol. We were also guided to do a 6.00am tai chi session which was great to wake up the mind. Enjoy the best scenery in one of the seven wonders of the world and a great host to add.

Great tour from start to finish. The itinerary ran exactly as described. Dan was our main guide and made sure we were well prepared for our trips off the boat and activities on the boat.
