Highly recommend. We had a great experience with Rebecca as our guide and Eric as our driver. Well organized and professional, bus was nice and well A/C'ed, and reasonably priced for what you get- bus ride from Montreal to Montmorency Falls, a brief informative guided walking tour of Quebec City (Nicole was great!) and four hours to wander beautiful, quaint and historic Quebec City on your own before the bus ride back to Montreal.

Our tour guides were interesting , entertaining and informative. The tour included a guided walk and time in our own to explore independently.

Our experience was very good. Our guide William gets 5 stars. He was excellent, caring, intelligent, knowledgeable, and took great care of us. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we felt rushed with everything we tried to do. Would have liked more time in Quebec city but because pf a marathon going on in the city we were delayed. My only negative about the bus ride is that when William was talking to us about all the great history, people were talking and on their phones. Maybe there could be some ground rules about that in the beginning. Otherwise, an excellent day.

It was ok. The bus had a very bad chemical smell and almost no air conditioning or ventilation. The seats were really packed with no leg room: I am an average size person and I found the space to be very tight. The tour guide information on the ride to Quebec and back was very limited: more of a bus transportation to Quebec and back to Montreal and not a tour. There was a 90 minutes tour in Québec with an excellent tour guide and enough time to explore Quebec City on your own.

I’ve been all over the world and honestly, there is nothing like Quebec city. It is just gorgeous. It’s no wonder it is a world heritage site. I have wanted to go since I was a little boy learning about the revolutionary war. Yang did a great job being engaging, entertaining, understanding of other tourists needs and balancing the schedule with a tough traffic situation.

Rebecca’s witty humour and keeping it simple and precise was a positive.

Very good excursion. Jerry, the guide, is professional and very friendly. The Montmorency Falls and Old Quebec are magnificent. If you are passing through Montreal, I recommend this outing.

This was my first trip booked through Viator so I was a bit nervous but I’m so glad I booked it. My family had a blast. The bus was on time in montreal, the trip was very smooth, and our guide Joyce had the best sense of humour, kept us laughing during the voyage. I highly recommend concorde tours to anyone looking for a 1 day Trip to Quebec.

They also enjoyed travel and performances of the guide. The cleanliness, safe driving, and explanation of the points of interest by the guide was exemplary.
