Terrible attention
Terrible service. Me and my husband hired to make the transfer from SSA to Morro de São Paulo. In the semi-terrestrial, we pay around R$900. When charging and selling, they are attentive and responsive. At the time of addressing the client with questions, simply sum and do not respond. I sent over 70 messages on WhatsApp to adjust my turn for an unexpected, and I was simply ignored. The next day, when I finally found another number and I was able to talk to a person, who had no basic information about my reservation. Terrible. I do not indicate to absolutely anyone!

Exceptional beach, very picturesque place
The trip is long from Salvador de Bahía but it is worth it for the beauty of the landscapes and the exceptional beach. The food is very good and the place is very picturesque.

The receptive team at Ferribolt needs a megaphone and to interact more with customers, it's all very loose.
The reception staff have to be better trained to keep customers together, with a lot of people no one hears the information.

Salvador to Morro de São Paulo
Very receptive and efficient. They were responsible for the entire journey from the airport and hill from São Paulo, go and go. We were welcomed at all stages and were warned in advance of our return.
