Our guide gave us a delightful trip through Snaefellsnes Peninsula with lots of stories and insights about Iceland. We had just the right amount of time to see the lovely sights and plenty of rest stops to stay comfortable.
Well, we did not have good weather. The eclipse did not show. We still had a great time. Siggi was a wonderful guide with wonderful stories and a great singing voice.
The experience was great overall, we mainly visited lots of beaches and coastal towns. Because our tour was the same day of the solar eclipse we couldn’t see the black sand beach but apart from that the tour was great and our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Dooley was an excellent guide and driver. It was a very nice day trip with so many sights to see.

Dooley did a very good job. Started a bit cold but warmed up as we went along and ended with some very interesting personal stories of growing up in Iceland.

**Wonderful Snaefellsnes Peninsula Tour with Sigurjón** Bit of a hectic less than efficient up pick up as we were coming from our cruise port and they do need to re-shuffle people (one on one bus, then move to another) to get everyone where they need to go. So be patient and trust. We had an absolutely wonderful day exploring the Snaefellsnes Peninsula with our guide, **Sigurjón**. It was a long 12-hour day, and despite the challenging weather, Sigurjón kept the energy and enthusiasm going from beginning to end. What made the day especially memorable was the cultural immersion. Through his stories, music, and knowledge of Iceland, Sigurjón brought the country to life in a way that went far beyond simply seeing the sights. He made the journey itself part of the experience. And, of course, one of the highlights was finally hearing **Laufey in Iceland — it only took us 10 days!** 🎶🇮🇸 Lots of great musical selections that helped fill the time. And an excellent driver who must have been completely exhausted by the end of the day. Despite the rain and wind, we had a wonderful, gentle, and memorable day. Sigurjón's warmth, humour, stories, and passion for Iceland made all the difference. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to experience the Snaefellsnes Peninsula in a more personal and meaningful way. Just gorgeous! thank you ! Takk Tak from Canada
Very friendly and informative tour guide Sven. We typically got 30-45 minutes at each stop and had stunning views at every turn. Highly recommend.
