Thoroughly recommend, really knowledgeable guide and tour covered a huge amount in a relatively shortish time

Cătălin was a guide who got us out of trouble because we didn't have tickets but with his charm he managed to help us. The bear sanctuary must be visited at least once in a lifetime, as well as Bran Castle. Râșnov Citadel offers some spectacular images. I appreciated the punctuality, calmness and information received from the guide. I recommend and return with this company, it was a fabulous day

A truly wonderful trip! I appreciated this company because it is a family-run business, and they really go out of their way to help you with so many things. Immediately after booking the trip, I received a message with very useful information; the guide is friendly and shares details calmly, providing insights that helped us understand the history and the journey itself. He remained at our disposal and continued to assist us throughout our vacation—helping us secure tickets that were no longer available online and offering plenty of recommendations. It is well worth going with him, as the information provided is invaluable. He speaks excellent English and is incredibly kind and patient. I recommend him to everyone. The vehicles are new, and pickups are punctual. The bear sanctuary is fantastic; I even adopted a bear at the end, and the story of the place is so beautiful that it made me want to visit them again next year. Congratulations to such kind-hearted people!

Excellent trip but should be a warning that solid shoes or trainers are required… it is very stony, uneven and steep all day!

We really enjoyed visiting all 3 sites. Our guide did a great job of explaining everything and making it a wonderful experience

"Fangtastic" day The tour does not include entrance tickets & we were concerned that Libearty bear sanctuary tickets could sell out, however as soon as we booked we had a WhatsApp from the operator advising us to immediately book tickets for a specific time slot for Libearty. The guide picked us up on time at the arranged location, and was friendly and informative throughout the trip. The bear sanctuary was amazing, the in house guide told us the stories of the bears and we were lucky enough to see them being fed. We saw around 30 bears. We then carried on to Bran (Dracula's!) castle where our guide helped us purchase tickets and arranged a meeting point. He gave us information about the castle before we went in. Be aware there are a lot of steps in the castle and staircases were steep and narrow. We spent around an hour and a half in the castle before meeting our guide to go to Rasnov Fortress. Our guide took us to the fortress, helped us with funicular tickets, and accompanied us to the fortress entrance. Although the actual fortress is closed for repairs (which we were aware of) we had great views from the inner courtyard. Our guide then drove us back to Brasov, arriving at 3.30pm. We would definitely recommend this tour - it made visiting the sanctuary and castle so much easier than by Uber or public transport.

Really cool to see the Bran Castle in person, it was quite the experience. I also really enjoyed visiting the bear sanctuary and to hear their stories.
