Easy process. Staff friendly and helpful. We rode to the waterfall. Bike trail is nice and easy to navigate. Bring water because it gets very warm.

The bikes performed quite well. The only issue we had was that the picture for this shows an electric bike. When we arrived we were informed we had reserved and paid for a non-electric bike so we had to pay an additional charge to get what we thought we had reserved. I don’t recall Viator giving me a choice to choose one or the other! Did we get ripped off?

The staffs are really friendly and provided excellent information for biking. The biking trails are a bit confusing for the first timer but the scenery is wonderful. I had been to Montmorency fall and further north. Montmorency fall is the must visit place.

The experience was exceptional. Yanek-Alexei prepared our bikes, ensured that we were comfortable, and provided detailed instructions on the map for our desired destinations with plenty of bike paths. Clearly, biking is a way of like in Quebec with well maintained bike paths, beautiful landscape, and well populated with other people (either walking, on bikes, e-bikes, or scooters). Worth the day rental.

The woman who helped us took special care to help us select the proper size bikes and to provide detailed instructions on how to navigate the construction detours. We highly recommend this shop for your ride out to Montmorency Falls. The staff was so helpful that we went back two days later to rent bikes again. Their staff will ensure your ride gets off to good start.

I did a walk in at the shop located in the lower town of old Québec. The staff was wonderful, very nice to chat with and totally uncomplicated in renting a bike. I cycled to the Montmorency falls, in the shop they had the route online to scan with a qr code or as an analog map to take with you as well. I think it's great value for the price I paid. I was given a bike, casket, a lock and some straps to fix my backpack with. Any time again!

We rented a couple of bikes to ride out to the Montmorency Falls. Excellent bikes, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great day out and would highly recommend Echo bikes as a supplier. The trip out to Montmorency is lovely and well worth doing.

Excellent! Very easy to pick up and return bikes. The associate was helpful and friendly. He made sure the bikes worked for us and provided helpful directions for our route.
