We had a really great time. The tour operator picked up us from the hotel for a private tour. The guide was very kind, friendly and educated about the Omani clotures. At first we went to wadi Shab that was a really wonderful place. You get there after a short walk (better to have appropriate shoes). Then you reach a natural swimming pool with fresh water when you can take a bath. At the end of the Shab you can see the a sea cave, but you should not suffer from claustrophobia and be able to swim to get there. In the afternoon we have been in Sinkhole, another natural swimming pool of half salty and half fresh water, but it is not as beautiful as Wadi Shab in our opinion and it was very crowded, we we didn’t love it. Wewould recommend this trip.
