Mazz was exceptional. He took us around all of Tokyo as well as to Mt Fuji on 3 different days. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the areas we visited and was very pleasant throughout all the tours he took us on. The Mt Fuji trip was the highlight of our trip.

Our guide, Fabi, was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the day. Their excellent service made the trip relaxing and stress-free. I especially appreciated the flexibility of a private charter, as we could spend more time at the places we enjoyed most without feeling rushed. Fabi made the experience even more enjoyable with their guidance and support. Overall, I highly recommend Live Nippon Company and Fabi as a guide to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and personalized Tokyo tour. We had an amazing experience with Areeb. He is very knowledgeable about the tour and sights. Amazing communication skills and great driving as well. Our tour started at the stated time and we were able to see all the sights within the timeframe very efficiently. Highly recommended
We’re a family of 4 and had a very great experience with Fabi. He’s an excellent tour guide, very patient and accommodating to both my husband and son. He created a customized trip of Tokyo seeing many sites and anime stores for my son. Also a great lunch stop at Kura restaurant for delicious sushi. Highly recommend Fabi!
Our guide knew little about our tour and was basically just a driver. Very disappointing compared with our previous Viator tours.
An eventful day with our guide was all in all perfect. We would be happy to recommend this guide

It was great to have a private car to take us to the places we were interested in. Even though the traffic in Tokyo is challenging, Ahamed was a skilled driver and arranged the day as efficiently as possible. He was also very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Japanese culture along the way.
Comprehensive tour of Tokyo with English speaking guide. Well organised tour, picked up on time at our hotel. Ahmed took us to the highlights we wanted to see. We got a bit lost after exiting the Sky Tree but we finally found Ahmed.
