It was an excellent experience, fun, interesting, and unforgettable. We learned to rope, how to train and care for the horse, about the history and culture of the charros, and how to drink tequila. The next day we were invited to a charreada, where the charros, the horses, and the bulls demonstrated their skills and talents.

This was one of the best cultural experiences I’ve ever booked while on vacation! We learned so much about charro culture and history, and it gave me such a deeper insight into Mexico and the Mexican people. The talk was informative, inspiring, funny, and engaging. The lasso lesson and horse-riding was so fun and made me want to continue learning to ride at home. I fell in love with Mexico and the charro way!

It was not my first experience with horses (since the school where I teach has a strong riding program and I am surrounded with riders and riding teachers), but it was my first time I started to experience the gentleness and especially the mutual trust between the horses and myself (thanks to Marco!). This was an amazing experience! We learned about the rich history and origins of Charrería through engaging demonstrations and hands-on activities, including the opportunity to learn how to throw a lasso. We also enjoyed a tequila tasting and were serenaded with traditional music, which made the experience even more memorable. It was a unique, authentic, and wonderful cultural experience that I would highly recommend.
