Great little tour around st. Augustine. Karen was super knowledgeable and she did a great job. More history than even I realized and I’ve lived in Jacksonville for years now!!
Mark is thoughtful, helpful and an absolutely wonderful tour guide. He provided us with an excellent historical tour of beautiful St. Augustine. We are grateful for his humor, insight and knowledge. This is must-do activity when in St. Augustine.
We went on this tour with Karen as our tour guide. If you want to have an extremely entertaining, interesting and fact-filled tour, she’s your gal. We learned more about Saint Augustine and its very interesting history from her than we probably would have reading numerous books. We normally take hop-on hop-off trolley tours to get to know a new place we are visiting and have always found it disjointed and difficult to follow the history as one gets on and off the tour, often joining with a different guide. This time we decided to try an operator focused on giving an uninterrupted historical timeline of St Augustine, from the historical beginnings to now and we were so pleased we did. Our guide gave an excellent, very clear and easily understood, account of what was a very interesting background of modern day St Augustine. Our guide was a wonderful storyteller which made the experience even more memorable and gave many tips on what to visit further and the best time to visit. While the tour was advertised to be 1hr, it lasted 15 min longer as our guide focused on ensuring we covered all the highlights and answering all our questions. Overall a very valuable tour that was well worth it.
