The trip itself was enjoyable and our guide on the island was very informative and accommodating. The snoring was the highlight. However there was something that upset the mod of the day and anyone booking should be made aware of. In the itinerary and inclusions we were led to believe that a light local lunch was included. In fact in the confirmation email we were advised to bring a small amount of money to cover any additional needs for lunch and no other money should be carried or required. This was not the case. In fact we had to pay for the lunch ourselves and the amount of money we were advised to carry did not come close to covering the bill. To add to our embarrassment the restaurant that we were brought to did not accept credit card. This caused a lot of distress to our party. Our local driver/guide called his boss for advise and was told that lunch was definitely not included. The restaurant managed to be able to accept credit card when they realised that we could not pay with cash but they did add on 20% to cover their additional cost. Our out return we spoke to the tour operator who blamed AI and trip advisor misrepresenting them saying there was nothing he could do and that it was not their fault. As I say the trip itself was great but the experience was I fortunately spoilt by being false advertising. If we had known we needed to pay for lunch we would have ensured we brought enough cash. However we only took the amount we were advised to take which fell well short of the required.

If you are at all concerned your safety, do not go on this tour. They give no regards to weather conditions and will take you out on snorkel boats in pouring rain, with extremely choppy water conditions and huge swells that are unsafe to be in. The boats do not anchor themselves when people go out to snorkel, so they are constantly hitting snorkelers in the water, which can obviously be dangerous and cause severe injuries if hit by the motor side of the boat. In addition, the roads here are so terrible that they really are not meant for cars to be on both sides of the lane. It will be an extremely bumpy, chaotic, and headache inducing ride once you are doing the land portion of the tour.

Excellent trip. Great organisation. We were collected from our hotel in Jimbaran and taken to the harbour? Tickets sorted for public boat and met in Nusa Pedina by Dede our guide for the day who was brilliant. Dede drove us to the boat for our snorkelling trip which had three stops, all 3 great experiences and we got to see Manta Ray. Then returned to shore and collected by Dede who took us to our lunch stop and drove us round the others sites which were great. Dede then returned us to the harbour for our boat back to Bali, on arrival our driver was waiting to take us back to our hotel. A brilliant tour to see Nusa Pedina in the day and include snorkeling. Would definitely add to your Bali itinerary. Received all underwater pictures the following day and have downloaded. Thank you and thanks to Dede a great guide.

The snorkeling experience was excellent — the support was very thorough, so even as a first-timer I felt completely safe and comfortable. Although we didn’t see any turtles, we were lucky enough to spot manta rays, beautiful coral, and lots of colorful fish. Our guide also kindly took photos and videos for us. In the afternoon, I went around various photo spots with our guide, Made. He showed us the best recommended locations and helped us take really photogenic pictures. I was very satisfied with the whole experience!

A beautiful day on the island (very busy) but with wonderful places....compliments to our guide/driver

We had an awesome time with our guide Ketut, a Nusa Penida local who was very knowledgeable and personable. The convenience of having the fast boat and snorkeling tickets arranged by Ketut as well meant this booking was absolutely worthwhile. We really enjoyed snorkeling and saw multiple manta rays, although because our boat went to Manta Bay first and to snorkel with the manta rays you're swimming in quite deep open ocean, we would not recommend this as a very first snorkeling experience (it was our second and it was daunting but doable!). The coral at the spots we went to was in great condition, and we saw a lot of beautiful fish. The snorkels and goggles were well maintained and there were many sizes available for flippers, although some were in need of replacing. After snorkeling, Ketut took us to Kelingkling beach, then a great warung for lunch, followed by Angels Billabong and Broken Beach. He answered all our many questions about the island, and expertly navigated the tight roads and many potholes we were warned to expect. The only downside to our trip was the fast boat, which was very tightly packed with people (the space between our seat and the next was narrower than our upper legs, which meant it was an uncomfortable 40 minutes sitting) and fans on the boat were not switched on so it got very hot. The fast boat trip back to Sanur was running 20 minutes late and there was no communication from the boat company, so a hundred or so passengers were left standing in the sun while waiting. Even though Ketut was not affiliated with the boat company, he did his best to find out what was happening.

Wonderful experience with nice and helpful snorkeling guide, we got the chance to see the manta - amazing. Beautiful scenery at the main land but should be considered for people with knee problems

Great trip to take with friends and family

This was an amazing experience! Our guide Made was amazing. He was very efficient, funny, and took the best pictures. He made sure we had cold water, took us to a great spot for lunch and played some great music. We saw manta rays snorkeling and a lot of beautiful fish and views. Highly recommend!!

This was a good day despite not going quite as we expected. We didn't receive the meet up information (we drove ourselves to the harbour) until I called the company, which made for a very stressful morning. Once we arrived at the island, the driver was friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while to join a snorkeling group which was confusing. The sea was quite choppy on the day we went unfortunately but the snorkeling spots were still really good. Wouldn't recommend for beginners or those who get sick on boats. Be aware that all toilets on the island (as far as I could see, and apart from within restaurants) cost 5000 to use. We drove about 45 minutes from the harbour to eat lunch. Make sure you eat breakfast as we were very hungry by then. Lunch was nice and affordable. We then drove to Kelingking beach near where we had lunch. It was a nice view and we got to see monkeys but it was very hot and very full of tourists. Our driver then told us we had run out of time to see the other things on the itinerary. To me, I didn't feel that the view was worth the 45 minutes there and back. Our driver got us to the boat on time and made sure we got on at the right time which I appreciated. Overall it was good but not the best tour I've been on. It didn't feel very well organised.
