Great customer service, excellent communication and driver was really friendly and informative. The rides at Energielandia are so good. Definitely get the fast pass as you literally go straight onto the ride and to the front of the queue.

We had a great trip. Loved the theme park and water park. Collected by Kuba at 9am for the 10am opening time and returned back to hotel wuth ease. Kuba was flexible re collection and we initially planned for 6pm when park closes but we asked if he could come an hour earlier and was more than happy to do so. He was there as planned. All communication via whats app and Kuba provided a picture of himself so we knew who to look out for. Its approx an hour away from Krakow. Easy to book through Tripadvisor. Park was clean, loads of places to eat. We didnt buy the fast pass as it was only a 10 minute wait for the rides. The locker rental was 17 zloty and you can keep using the different lockers at the various rides. Nice last day to the holiday we fitted this into a 4 day break, 2 days of sightseeing and thia day of fun

The park was very clean, diverse, and beautifully landscaped. Culinary offerings are available for everyone. The variety of attractions also impressed us. The "Energy Pass" is quite expensive (about €50/pass), but it was definitely worth it. The only thing that could be improved is the signage. While large maps are available at regular intervals, and there are plenty of signposts, they usually only list the major attractions. You have to search extensively for the smaller ones. All in all, it is a great amusement park!

The theme park was fantastic, not very busy in early June. Extremely clean and great value for money, food and drinks were very reasonably priced. We went with get your guide and our driver was Marta, who was very punctual and helpful. On the way to and from the park Marta pointed out different landmarks and provided us with lots of local information, recommending cafes and restaurants. Marta was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, it was our first time in Poland so to have someone like Marta as a guide was a great experience.

Booked the engerylandia tickets and hotel pick up and can't fault a single thing. Made the whole experience so much better. Dropped us off right outside the front door and sorted out our tickets. Will definitely book again for next year

Our driver Bart was fantastic, he was very punctual, polite and was super helpful. We wish we had booked through this company sooner. Energylandia is also a brilliant theme park, fantastic for thrill seekers and worth every penny

Energylandia is great, definitely 5/5. This review is for this specific attraction at Viatror. The price is $65, which is ~235 PLN, while you can buy an e-ticket directly on the Energylandia website for 219 PLN.

We had such a great experience with our driver, Pawel! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable and looked after throughout the whole trip to Energylandia. He checked in with us often, made sure we were okay, and even shared some great tips and recommendations for other places to visit in the area, which was really helpful. His driving was excellent, and he created such a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the journey. Thank you, Pawel, for making our day so smooth and enjoyable – we couldn’t have asked for a better driver. Highly recommend!

Our driver Olaf was fantastic. Door to door service, great knowledge about the town , where to eat etc and amused us with fun facts.
